"while the place is beautiful and eating was good, the tiny gnats that have plagued us made our experience less than pleasant. they were all about our eating and us. When we mentioned this to our waitress (which was hoping for a fan or taken home), she only said that she was happy that they were not bees. we saw that others were constantly rolling around their serviettes. it should have been handled better. also we have booked a table on the line, which suggests that there were only two seats, which were on 2pm and one on 5pm. they imagined our surprise when we arrived and the entire indoor dining room was empty with many tables available in free. when we mentioned this to the host, he and said the on line service does not work well with reservations!"

"First of all, the service was excellent. I would give it two stars, but if I could rate it 2.5 just for the service, I would. I chose this place because it’s a gastropub, and I was looking for something special to celebrate my anniversary with my fiancée. Before we went, I checked the menu and saw the prices, thinking they must be worth it. However, the food turned out to be average and terribly overpriced. I paid $11 for a cup of French onion soup that didn’t taste any better than others I've had for half the price. My dinner of chicken and cinnamon waffle was quite small for $25, though it did have a decent flavor. My fiancée didn’t particularly enjoy her salad. Overall, I won’t be returning, as the cost of the food simply wasn’t justified. If it had been cheaper, I might have rated it a 3 or even 3.5 stars, but given the prices, I can’t do that."

"After another restaurant cancelled on my reservations for my birthday dinner, I was lucky enough to find out one of my favorite bbq spots in SF had availability for a party of Our waitress was awesome. Super down to earth, funny and provided great service. We ordered our food and it came out pretty quick and, as always, it was delicious Most of my friends had never been to Baby Blue BBQ, and they were all left amazed at how good it was. Thanks for being an awesome establishment and if people want great bbq, this is the place to go."

"Food was excellent! We did not receive a friendly greeting but were seated quickly and the accommodated our request to sit at a table at the back instead of at a table squeezed between two couples. We were a group of 4 ladies celebrating a Birthday. Our biggest issue was with our waitress who was very short with us and let us know there will be an up charge for that with each thing we requested. We had no issue with the up charge, it was the way in which we were told, over and over. She would also hurriedly refill drinks and not give us a chance to ask for anything nor ask us if anything was needed. We didn 't need a conversationalist, but she was on the edge of rude making us feel she didn 't have time for us, and that we weren 't worthy to be there. Two of us had been there before and two had not not a great impression for them."

"If you like pit Bbq then this is your spot to come to. My whole family was turned on to this spot. They don't really have the eat in experience anymore. Due to them adding the liquor store but even though they're the cheapest in their prices in the area. The pit turkey is my favorite along with the ribs if you eat pork. You can taste the love Pete has for his Craft thru his food and his crew are just as passionate too with serving you. It's a 10/10 for me! Go try them out an let me know how you like them.! This is coming from a very picky eater‍. Kid-friendliness: They also offer a kids meals. Parking: It can be tight when the rush comes in. But they manage to get you in and out and your food is always made fresh. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp for accessibility of wheelchair bound people and their care givers ."

"Made a reservation for Christmas night because we had just flown in and knew that it was going to be hard. Under special requests I specified that I was vegetarian. Show up to find that they only have a prefix menu for $75 and other than salad and dessert there was nothing I could eat. They refused to see if anything from the regular menu would be available. Several other parties were walking away. Slow, totally unmotivated staff clearly pressed into service against their choice. We went there for breakfast twice later in the week only because the hotel is on the opposite side of town and Aqua Star was the only choice. It was $19.99 and not $14.99 as the website shows. Lackluster food canned juice, dry reconstituted eggs etc. Clearly understaffed and unhappy service. Leftover pizza saved us the last morning of our trip."

"I ordered two burritos from this restaurant and was disappointed to find that they were filled mostly with rice and very little else. The rice tasted like it had been sitting in the refrigerator for a few days. I had requested a regular burrito with asada, beans, cheese, rice, and sour cream. However, I was told that the regular burrito does not come with sour cream and was charged extra for a super burrito instead. When I questioned why they couldn't just add sour cream to the regular burrito and charge me the additional cost, the staff seemed annoyed. I didn't want guacamole, salsa, onion, or cilantro, but felt pressured to just go along with getting the super burrito. Overall, I was not impressed with the food or the service and will not be returning to this restaurant."

"I recently tried the brunch at this restaurant, and it was fantastic! We kicked things off with mimosas and beignets, and let me tell you, the beignets rival the ones you’d find at Café du Monde in New Orleans. For my main dish, I ordered the eggs in purgatory, which were incredible—fresh basil and tomatoes paired with perfectly poached eggs. Absolutely delicious! Their coffee was also quite enjoyable. The service was top-notch, and I appreciated the spacious indoor seating and lovely patio. I also popped in for a late dinner and had a wonderful experience. The drinks were excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the Bee's Knees cocktail."

"Everything was lovely except we were seated by the door front window on a very cold night. Also, because she changes her menu daily twice daily on the weekend, we were hoping for some preview of the Valentine’s menu. I inquired once last week, receiving an answer of “no idea yet,” on the day before, she replied, “Sure thing” when I asked if she’d let me know when the Valentine’s menu was up, which of course, she didn’t. We had a bad experience when her previous restaurant opened, I wanted things to go well because my husband would never return to Delta Bistropub after that experience. Luckily, our server was great, the food was good, so my husband would return, but I was hoping for a house made chocolate desert. Instead, the fudge pie was obviously a food service product"

"We have only been here one other time and it was a Saturday and it was packed. We had good table service regardless. Today on Wed 9/6 we went there at about 2:45 for a late lunch. My wife and I had a rare day off together. We sat at the bar. There were 4 other people at the bar. The restaurant was pretty much empty. Our server, Jeff was horrible. He dropped us off some menus and we did not see him again for about 10 minutes. He never made eye contact or asked us if we needed anything. THE RESTAURANT WAS NOT BUSY! Every time he walked by I said excuse me, can I get another beer, or order some food . He would disappear for long periods of time. We ordered and App and we were going to order a main course, but we checked out and our tip displayed our displeasure. We will not be going back. One of the worst table service I have ever encountered."

"This restaurant is not actually open 24 hours. We arrived at 12:15 AM on Saturday, January 13, 2024, only to be informed by a man sitting at a table that they only serve hotel guests after midnight. It's really disappointing to see them label themselves as 24 hours, especially since we went out of our way to visit, paid for parking, and endured the cold to get there, only to be turned away because we weren't staying at the hotel. To make matters worse, we were also denied access to the restroom since it was “closed to outside guests.” If they had been serving food as advertised, we would have been paying customers, and this wouldn’t have been an issue. Overall, this experience reflects poor service and misleading advertising. Please consider updating your hours to reflect the truth."
