"I recently came across a negative review where he made excuses for his behavior rather than offering an apology. It’s crucial for managers to acknowledge customer concerns, refrain from making excuses, and never criticize employees in front of customers or their colleagues. A good manager should calmly take charge of the situation. If there’s a delay, it’s better to say, "I apologize for the wait; we had a large order come in," and to reassure waiting customers, possibly by offering a complimentary drink. Remember, it’s about the business and the service provided—not about individual egos. Now, back to my experience: I took my order home, and the coffee was fantastic! I wish I had dined in to enjoy more of it. The burrito was excellent, though the ends weren't folded in, making it look more like a large taco. But don’t get me wrong—John, the burrito was incredibly tasty! The service was great, too! When I picked it up, it felt as heavy as a small child (it turned out to be two burritos). If John was the one who made my burrito, thank you! I also overheard some ladies in the kitchen speaking Spanish. Just a minor point about the burrito’s presentation; despite that, I will definitely return whenever I’m craving a breakfast burrito! I hope nobody takes offense to my remarks about John. It saddens me to see a decline in customer service. When I receive excellent service, I like to acknowledge the person, but I often hesitate to ask for names because I know it can make people uncomfortable, worrying about potential social media backlash. Overall, I appreciate what Josie's has to offer!"
