"I recently came across a negative review where he made excuses for his behavior rather than offering an apology. It’s crucial for managers to acknowledge customer concerns, refrain from making excuses, and never criticize employees in front of customers or their colleagues. A good manager should calmly take charge of the situation. If there’s a delay, it’s better to say, "I apologize for the wait; we had a large order come in," and to reassure waiting customers, possibly by offering a complimentary drink. Remember, it’s about the business and the service provided—not about individual egos. Now, back to my experience: I took my order home, and the coffee was fantastic! I wish I had dined in to enjoy more of it. The burrito was excellent, though the ends weren't folded in, making it look more like a large taco. But don’t get me wrong—John, the burrito was incredibly tasty! The service was great, too! When I picked it up, it felt as heavy as a small child (it turned out to be two burritos). If John was the one who made my burrito, thank you! I also overheard some ladies in the kitchen speaking Spanish. Just a minor point about the burrito’s presentation; despite that, I will definitely return whenever I’m craving a breakfast burrito! I hope nobody takes offense to my remarks about John. It saddens me to see a decline in customer service. When I receive excellent service, I like to acknowledge the person, but I often hesitate to ask for names because I know it can make people uncomfortable, worrying about potential social media backlash. Overall, I appreciate what Josie's has to offer!"

Excellent breakfast burrito and the best tomatilla salsa I've ever had, I'll definitely be back!

The staff is friendly and helpful. It only took about 10 minutes from the moment I arrived, with two cars ahead of me, until I was seated and ready to enjoy my meal.

Pretty good Burritos at noon, but the chips and salsa are what you really should do. Your chips can be fat and probably take years of your life, but they are sooooo good. Your salsa is GREAT! Red and green. It is also something incompatible, which means they do it themselves. View menu

I visited at 7 AM and was pleasantly surprised by how family-oriented the staff was, which I really appreciate in a restaurant. I ordered a ham, potato, chorizo, and cheese burrito, and it was one of the best breakfast burritos I've had in a long time. The salsa was also excellent. If I weren't a broke college student, I definitely would have left a bigger tip!

I went to the restaurant at 7 a.m. and really enjoyed the family-friendly atmosphere created by the staff; it made the place feel inviting. I ordered a burrito filled with ham, potatoes, chorizo, and cheese, and it was one of the best breakfast burritos I've had in ages. The salsa was fantastic as well. If I wasn’t a broke college student, I definitely would have left a bigger tip!

Where do I start? MJ's has truly undergone some changes. The quality and portion sizes of the burritos have noticeably diminished. I used to really enjoy their burritos, but now it's more like a love-hate relationship! Still, I find myself coming back because, for me, it’s comfort food, which is why I’m giving them 4 stars. I’m still a fan and just can’t seem to move on. I hope the burritos can go back to their former quality and size! View menu

With a restaurant as close and convenient as Josie’s, it’s saddening to me to say that this morning was probably the last time I’ll ever do business with them. With a decline in food quality compared to 9-10 months ago when I first moved here, they could do better. What got me this morning was finding large pieces of egg shells in my simple sausage/egg/cheese burritos. Not the surprise I wanted to find…hope this review sparks greater pride in the quality of their food items. A few extra minutes of quality control will keep customers coming back for years to come.

Update: 7/7/22 we came for lunch, after waiting 5 months between. The girl at the front was nice, but the others were not. The customers are what pays your bills. You keep us happy and we 'd come back more often. This time Food was again just ok the shell on my burrito was tough like they microwaved it. My husband ordered breakfast egg and sausage and his was great. But when we were finished, the plates were on the table and a girl came to collect them...I said to her that the food was good as usual , no response at all. She just walked off not a word. How simple is thank you? As we were leaving, I said again thank you ...no response from anyone. It takes a half sec to say...thank you come a...
