"Overall: 4.2/5 take out)I ordered through their website which is through Clover. It said that it would take 40 minutes to make but I came after 50 minutes and still had to wait another 5 minutes or so.Hawaiian Sun Lilikoi Lychee $1.90): Light lychee flavor but it tastes like I'm eating the actual lychee. Wild. It did take a few sips for me to adjust so it does grow on you.Taro Turnover $3.25): OMG, this is the best taro turnover I've ever had! This is so unique to Hawaii as well. I tried the McDonald's taro pie in Hawaii and wished they had it in the U.S. but I couldn't find anything like it here until now. The turnover is huge and was packaged separately in its own box. The pastry was still warm by the time I got home. I fell in love with the first bite. The turnover was so flakey, the taro frosty was delicious I was licking it off the parchment paper TMI), and the taro cubes inside were sweet. I need to come back to try their other turnovers! The Manapua Man Special $8.99): The portion size is big so it's worth the price. The fried saimin was very bland so I added Sriracha. It was on the drier side too which I'll take over oily noodles. The manapua is a Hawaiian version of the pork bun. The pork is light in flavor but airs on the sweeter side. The bao itself is soft fluffy. The best thing about this special is the pork hash which is the equivalent of a shu mai but without the shrimp. It's super flavorful, juicy, delicious.Side of Meat Jun $5.99): Meat jun is basically beef dipped in egg. This meat jun was so much better than the mochiko chicken so I'm surprised they don't offer this in any of their combo/special plates. The beef was tender. What's interesting is that most of the flavor was in the egg which I loved. This was my favorite out of everything I ate except for dessert).Mochiko Chicken Bowl $5.99) With All Mac Salad $0.50): The mochiko chicken looks like chicken karaage but with a very thin batter. The flavor light on the sweeter side. Some pieces of chicken were soft while others were hard. They put the chicken on a thin layer of cabbage. I think if they topped off the chicken cabbage with a sauce or even just furikake, they would have tasted better. Unfortunately they forgot my mac salad so I lost out on $1.50. I called the restaurant to let them know, and they said they will let the manager know so we'll see if I get that portion refunded."
