"They happened to be understaffed the night we tried to get a table. We stood for minutes at the host stand with other parties and no one addressed us, so we left. One bartender and one server isn't fair to the employees or the patrons. They should have closed for the night. We are in an era where that move is not unheard of and is more respectable than straining what help you do have Our family likes Tin Lizzy's and we'll be back."

"So I have been on a search for really good nachos in this area, and Tin Lizzy’s nachos really did not disappoint. I think a lot of places make the mistake of using flimsy chips or under seasoned chips, but these chips were structurally sound and held up well, even after sitting under queso and tomatoes and all the other toppings. They were also seasoned really nicely (although maybe a bit unevenly, but that’s just the nature of chips). I topped the nachos with beyond meat (because we love the planet) and the meat itself didn’t have much flavor, but overall the other flavors made up for it. The queso was so good, and I think there was the perfect amount of queso (because I am lactose intolerant and didn’t bring any lactaid with me). I think next time I will ask for extra jalapeños, because I am obsessed with pickled jalapeños and they truly add so much to the nachos. I think these are some of the best nachos I’ve had since moving to Atlanta because they weren’t just nachos that I could make at home. Everyone else’s food also looked delicious, and the salads looked really fresh. The waitress was really nice and automatically separated our checks which was great when you’re dining with broke grad students."

"Overall, I enjoyed my experience. I was a little disappointed because this was my first visit to Tin Lizzy's, and I specifically came because of the limited time advertisement for the Lobster Roll Taco. Our nice waitress told me they were out and should probably have more the next day. I ordered three other tacos instead. They were all delicious. The Greek Taco scared me with its appearance, and the thinly sliced meat. But the taste delivered even though it had a slight crunch (not sure if that was intentional). The Fried Fish Taco was okay. The Chicken Con Queso Taco was very flavorful. My husband seemed to have liked the Baja Fish Taco. He only ordered one, but the ordered a second one. My mother had something called The Cowboy. It was one of the skillets. She couldn't finish it and needed a to-go box. I ate the last of her scrapes that did not make it into the container. It was DELICIOUS. If I was not trying to watch my rice and beans intake, I would have ordered one to go. I would love to return so I can try the Taco I initially went for. The guy folding the napkins as we left that wished us well was very pleasant. He seemed like the manager. His farewell was appreciated! THANKS Tin Lizzy's!"

"Food is very good. Tacos and homemade tortilla chips are fresh and tasty. We went on a Sunday night and service was poor. It was very busy. We were seated because we had reservations. People waiting outside. The busyness made service drop. Tables clean but seats not. Out of certain food items. Bathrooms messy. minutes to get tacos. So it made for a subpar experience. Took away from the good good. Prices are also good"

"We waited very long to even get our drinks, other tables around us were seated after us and got drinks. A nearby waiter eventually noticed that our waiter hadn 't come to greet us and took over, we never did see anyone else. There was a staff member wandering around, looking like he was in a trance just pacing the floor trying to look busy, not sure if that was our waiter or not. the gut that took over was really good, but he was waiting on at least one more table that wasn 't his, so he was of course very busy which we understood. Food was pretty good, but this being our first impression of the restaurant, we prob would choose some other place based on the slow service in the beginning of our experience."

"Made reservations almost 2 weeks in advance due to Sturgill Simpson concert. When we got there, the hostess said it would be an additional hour plus due to overbooking. We waited in line at the bar for drinks for almost an hour...just for a draft beer!!! They were running out of everything and did not have enough staff. You would think that this bar, so close to the concert venue would know when it would be packed out due to a concert. It was insane. There were open tables but no one would let us sit at them they were reserved . We tried to explain to several people that we had reservations. When we finally got our drinks, we left. Needless to say we were starving at the concert! So sad :"

"Brought my family here for dinner to celebrate my birthday. I was so embarrassed by the service and quality that I felt like I had to apologize multiple times. Embarrassing! I had a reservation- but was rudely told that my reservation wasn't in the system (I was even told they're system had no reservations at all which makes me think their machine is just broken) and we were told to hang out in the bar area (which had only dirty food covered tables to sit at). Sat there for 20 minutes, we saw other parties come in and get immediately sat so we went up to the host stand to ask about our table- and the host had completely forgotten us. Waited another 15 minutes in the dirty bar again and were finally sat. Then we were told my a server that the restaurant had run out of chips and several of their menu items were not available. We ordered our food anyways since we had already sunk 30 min in this place and then waited almost an hour for our food to come out. Orders were wrong and had to be remade (more waiting). They did comp us for one of the meals. But it was the worst service and worst food I've ever had at this restaurant. Finally we were leaving and I asked for parking validation. Bar tender yelled across the room that they don't validate parking (which I know they do). Had to ask for a manager and once the manager go there he immediately reached into the stand and handed me the validation. Never coming back here again. What a mortifying experience for my birthday."

"We 've been eyeballing this restaurant ever since they opened. Every time we drive south to do our shopping, we go through the same list and finally we said, Let 's try it. Tuesday afternoon dining room was quiet and peaceful. Music was an ear tingling blend of different genres, literally something for everyone. Menu 's were very explanatory, though we had our questions. DJ was our server. He was polite, personable, and very knowledgeable of the items offered. We all tried something different so we could get a taste of what they have. My GOSH the tacos are tasty, filling, and exactly what DJ described ... not spicy hot, just flavorful. My son got the Taco Salad and said it was very good. We are happy to announce that Tin Lizzy is now our official goto when we visit the Mall, and I honestly can 't WAIT for next time."

"The service was prompt, and the waitress was very friendly. I ordered the shrimp skillet, which I found enjoyable. I also tried the queso, but it was only slightly warm, and I would have preferred it hot. I didn't mention this because I usually avoid complaining unless it's a significant issue, which is why I took off one star. I believe they should ensure that all dishes are served hot and fresh, especially since I visited during a slow time with just a few other customers in the restaurant and bar. Overall, I liked the food and the atmosphere; the music was great as well."

"The food isn't as good as it used to be. I placed a phone order, but when I arrived to pick up my meal, I was informed that there was no brown rice available. If I had known, I would have chosen something else. The vegetables weren't steamed to my taste, and the sauce was overly salty. Back when I lived in Flemington years ago, this was my favorite spot, but it just isn't the same anymore. Additionally, I found it to be quite expensive for what I ordered."
