"So I have been on a search for really good nachos in this area, and Tin Lizzy’s nachos really did not disappoint. I think a lot of places make the mistake of using flimsy chips or under seasoned chips, but these chips were structurally sound and held up well, even after sitting under queso and tomatoes and all the other toppings. They were also seasoned really nicely (although maybe a bit unevenly, but that’s just the nature of chips). I topped the nachos with beyond meat (because we love the planet) and the meat itself didn’t have much flavor, but overall the other flavors made up for it. The queso was so good, and I think there was the perfect amount of queso (because I am lactose intolerant and didn’t bring any lactaid with me). I think next time I will ask for extra jalapeños, because I am obsessed with pickled jalapeños and they truly add so much to the nachos. I think these are some of the best nachos I’ve had since moving to Atlanta because they weren’t just nachos that I could make at home. Everyone else’s food also looked delicious, and the salads looked really fresh. The waitress was really nice and automatically separated our checks which was great when you’re dining with broke grad students."

Had a good experience on my visit. The food was good and the waitress was prompt and polite. Didn't have to wait long on my food also.

The food was tasty, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They did overlook a few things, but overall I had a pleasant dining experience and enjoyed my meal.

I arrived at 11:04 with my group of 19 disabled veterans. We had made reservations in advance. The waitress was not knowledgeable about the menu items and our food came out cold, even the skillets. People were receiving the wrong orders. It was simply not the best choice for our lunch. View menu

Lots of options on the menu, lots of Beer options too. Service was good, not very crowded when we were there. Got a Korean BBQ Taco and Santa Fe Steak. Both had good flavors, should have eaten the steak first, the korean was a little more spicy. Over all Good Meal, Good Value and Cold Beer

Sadly I have to remove my 5 star review. Not only has the service gone WAAAY downhill due to understaffing, but they just slashed half their menu. Only 4 skillets and they dropped liberally ALL my favorite tacos. They don't even have the Duo or Bacon Queso anymore. We ordered stuff off of the new menu but we're really disappointed in what's left tbh. Guess they're circling the drain just like every other restaurant in Emory Point :

This restaurant has more of a sports grill-style upscale or ritzy taco joint atmosphere. It is kid-friendly (with only one high chair available), but it caters more towards adults. The staff could have been more friendly and attentive to their tables and customers. The restaurant was expected to be more of a traditional Mexican restaurant but turned out to be just a ritzy taco place with higher priced tacos. Despite this, the tacos were delicious. It would have been appreciated if refills were offered or if there was check-ins to see if anything else was needed. Overall, it felt like a high-end Taco Bell with a wait to be seated and lacking in table service. View menu

I absolutely adore this restaurant for their upscale tacos. My go-to orders are the southern comfort and the chop chop shrimp, both of which are incredibly unique and delicious. The chop chop shrimp, in particular, stands out with its pumpkin seeds adding a nice crunch. The southern comfort is a comforting combination of fried pickles, goat cheese, and fried chicken. The nachos are also fantastic, with well-seasoned chips topped with buffalo chicken and a touch of chopped celery for freshness. The drinks here are equally impressive; I highly recommend trying the spicy margarita and the Thai basil, both of which are refreshing. Our server was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making for a...

The positive is that they are open late. I think this is a huge plus since they are located right next to Emory's campus and they will get a lot of business from hungry students in the area looking for a late night hang out spot. Although, they have late hours, there was only one choice on the menu which consisted of chicken tacos. Now I enjoy tacos so I wasn't that disappointed but it would have been great to see a few other options. The bar is open as well. They usually have a happy hour and drink specials each week. I had the chance to try a margarita and it was decent. Not the best, but it sufficed. I think the other positive element was the hostess who later acted as my waitress as well...

"My husband and friend came in to grab a sandwich. They have eaten here countless times and never had any issues, until today. They ordered two sandwiches, grabbed their drinks and sat at a table. 57 minutes later, they still haven’t received their food. or any update on how long it will be/sorry it’s taking a bit longer than usual). When asked how much longer it would be before, one of the staff said they were doing a catering order first. catering orders are made in advance and you would think they would serve the customers that are in store waiting). My husband then asked for his money back and stated he actually needed to get home not to worry about it. The woman at the counter had amply Attitude and stated the sandwiches were coming out right now. Do they just want them to wrap them up. My husband said that was OK. He really just needed to get going. The girl at the front then yells to the back “nah just throw them away they don’t want them”. The manger came out and spoke for a split second, again they had been here over an hour at this point, and after the attitude from the check out gal my husband wanted to wash his hands clean of it. The manger just said “oh it will be back on your card in a business day or so”I would seek better training for your staff. All of the company supers/project managers would come in and eat together weekly. Unfortunately we will not be back."
