"Son had Swordfish Steak, was very dry. I had Chicken Souvlaki which was bland and a little dry and served on a hot plate, which also had a side salad on it. So aside from it not being a greek salad, it was also hot. Who wants to eat a hot salad? Who would serve a house salad with an italian tasting dressing with Chicken Souvlaki? Other son had the Lamb Shank which he described as MEH Waited a little to long for our waitress to attend to us, and yes we had a reservation and no it was not busy. At the end of the meal which was after 8pm we sat unattended for a good 15 minutes with empty water glasses and no drinks and had to get servers attention."

"This place is on the main drive, US 30 (Lancaster Blvd) in Paoli, PA. It is a authentic Greek food restaurant. Intermediately sized, with parking. The food is very good, the wait staff very friendly, and the pricing is quite fair. The ingredients are fresh, well prepared and served with a smile. A very pleasant dining experience was had by my wife and I there and we will return. BTW, I am fan of cucumber and dill so one can image I rather like tzatziki. Some of the best I've had. I got way too full dipping pita into it and brought 3/4's of my entree home because of it. No negatives on this place."

""We finally tried this place out today after seeing it empty countless times. The menu was extensive, with around 40 items to choose from. The staff recommended the Gyro, which I ordered with all the toppings. The meat was very tender, although a bit fatty. The portion size was generous, with about half a pound of meat on the pita bread. While the price was a bit high at $14, the taste was worth it. The pita bread could have been warmer, but overall it was a decent meal. I would consider coming back in the future. 4/5 stars.""

"Today, I ordered a Tangier omelette and lentil soup from a restaurant through GrubHub. I can't provide feedback on the soup as I will be having it for dinner later, but I was disappointed with the omelette. The seasoning in the eggs and potatoes was good, but the avocado was overripe and very brown. It seemed like someone had intentionally chosen a bad avocado for this paid service. Despite the restaurant's great reviews, I feel like I received a subpar order, so I don't think I will be ordering from here again."

"I ordered the half chicken value meal, which came with pita bread, a side salad, and mashed potatoes. I also decided to add a side of mac and cheese. The flavor of the chicken was incredible—easily the best I've had in Astoria. The sides were equally impressive; the mashed potatoes tasted homemade and were made with real potatoes, while the mac and cheese was wonderfully cheesy. The small salad was delicious, especially with the Italian dressing. To top off my meal, I treated myself to two pieces of carrot cake for $7. Not only was the cake fantastic, but I was also pleasantly surprised by the price given the generous portions. Great job, Chicken Shack!"

"This is a small space, right across from PABT, where it's mostly take out orders. There are a few high chairs to eat in. You can order ahead or walk in and order at a station or at the counter.The people are pleasant when placing my order. I got the Pork Souvlaki Platter. And then, as I was waiting for the platter, I saw they had Greek Soda Espa and Sour Cherry. :)The food was packaged in an aluminum lined cardboard box for the rice, pork, and pita. The salad was in a separate aluminum container and 2 little containers for the salad dressing and Tzatziki sauce. The box survived until I got all the way home in NJ, smelling amazing! LoLIt was still warm despite the fact I was next to the window with the AC on full blast. The pork was a little tough, but nothing I didn't expect as grilled pork usually doesn't get as tender as I would like, but it's still very tasty, though. Rice was flavorful.This is a good find for me near the bus terminal!"

"I’ve been a regular at this bar for at least a year, visiting every few days lately. The bartenders and servers are fantastic, the drinks are excellent, and the atmosphere is perfect for enjoying a drink while watching a game. My experiences here used to be nothing but positive until May 18, 2023. On that day, I sat down at the bar and was abruptly told to leave by the owner. His demeanor was rude and disrespectful, which was quite off-putting. I left my seat immediately when asked to do so, but as I was being escorted out, the owner continued to threaten to call the police. Once outside, I attempted to understand why I was being kicked out, but his only response was, “I don’t care, I’m the owner, I can do that if I want to.” It’s truly disappointing to be treated this way, especially as someone who has been a loyal customer. I've never had a bad experience here until I encountered the owner; his behavior was unacceptable."

"A small restaurant, fairly nice interior, not many items in the many but most-importantly the best Greek food ever! Whatever I tried from their menu was amazingly good! I can eat at that restaurant 3 times a day, every day for an year and still like it! All the ingredients seem absolutely fresh harvested. Meat is delicious, I tried beef, pork and some other one they call souvlaky. Gyros were really good too. They have potatoes which they call Lemon Potatoes as a side. Those were exceptional! Portions are huge! I could barely walk on the way out, overate so much. I highly recommend this place if you happen to be around!"

"Absolutely DESPICABLE customer service. The waitress was the absolute rudest I have EVER encountered. I dine out very often. This is the WORST customer experience I ever experienced in a restaurant. We asked if we can order a Greek family platter for 4. The waitress acted like she didn’t understand what I was saying. Then, she says we have to order more food. First of all, you cannot demand customers that they have to order more. We had 3 kids 6 and under with us who don’t eat that much. Second, she said “Look at me” while she was explaining that we had to order more. Telling a customer “look at me” while I was clearly already listening and paying attention while looking at the menu is RUDE and disrespectful and aggressive. Also, when she gave me a bowl that I asked for, she literally just stands there holding the bowl out while I was busy feeding my son. No words, nothing. Just standing there with the bowl reached out. My back was turned so I didn’t even see her. That is VERY rude mannerisms and disrespectful. She also came back at the end and said if we needed to pack food away to take home while we were still eating. Another waiter gave me a very judgmental expression when she asked if I wanted to pack my kids’ meal home and I said no. She said your kids will have nothing to eat tomorrow. Wow. Never coming back here. The workers need to learn how to speak to their customers. It is NOT okay. Completely soured our dinner. Wish I had picked somewhere else."

"I am blown away! Not only was the service great (very friendly and helpful), but best beef gyro I’ve ever had! It’s so juicy and tender. I love gyros and have tried many from NJ and FL but they can be just really dry or you barely get any meat. This place was amazing though! "Good food maybe they were busy?? I called it in. Arrived at the required time to pick up. Paid gave the cashier my name and confirmed my order. He said it was being packaged now. I stood and waited for my order for almost 30 minutes. They helped 5other customers for takeout whose orders weren?t even complete yet. After they were done with those people someone comes up tome and asks for my name and says my order has been ready? And in a bag on the shelf next to me?
