"My server for the evening was Tasha on May 05, 2023. The overall experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Personally, I had a good time, but the general atmosphere was unpleasant and unwelcoming. Both the staff and other diners appeared hostile. Unfortunately, the crawfish étoufée appetizer was unavailable. The rest of the menu was average and didn't leave a strong impression. However, the fish tacos were delicious and fresh. The iced sweet tea was enjoyable but could have been sweeter and had a hint of citrus. The ŕagu with fettuccine and pork was divine, but it could have been enhanced with fresh herbs, roasted vegetables, and some garlic toast or knots. I would consider returning for the food, but would opt for takeout instead of dining in due to the slow service and lackluster atmosphere. The energy in the restaurant went from lively to sluggish and seemed to have a negative attitude. I probably won't come back to this establishment. Although I wanted dessert, I felt unwelcome based on the treatment I received. There is room for improvement in terms of menu knowledge, keeping items in stock, and customer service. The music should be a pleasant background instead of overwhelming. Hiring more servers may also help improve the service experience, as Tasha appeared overwhelmed. Despite this, I appreciate her efforts and wish for more consistent and genuine service in the future. I will share my experience with my colleagues."
