"Tonight (9/10/2022) I placed an order through Grubhub at 6:05 PM for a plain pizza. It was estimated to arrive after an almost 90 minute wait, ok I was planning ahead no big deal. After 2 hours there was no food and no update, grub hub had to cancel theorder and issue a credit for the inconvenience. I was craving pizza from here so tried placing the order again, they neveracknowledged the order and Grubhub had to call me just before 9PM to inform me that the could not confirm receipt of the orderor reach anyone at the store to make sure the order was placed. Have been going here for more than 20 years, after thisexperience and being stuck at 9PM on LI with no food and limited options available this late, will probably never go back.Completely unacceptable for what was a $30+ order for a plain pizza, disappointing."
