"The ONLY good things about my brunch experience at The Manor were the Drag show and our server, Shaylie. Brooklyn Heights and the other queens put on an amazing show and Shaylie went above and beyond given the completely unprofessional lack of management at this restaurant. To start, I scheduled reservations in November that had to be rescheduled to December. I had to call 5 times to get a refund as only one owner has access to do so. Each time my info was taken and I was told someone would call me back. No one ever called me back. I finally spoke to one of the owners the day before who told me I was only refunded the amount that they could replace with people on their waitlist. This was understandable but would 've been nice to know sooner than the day before after I had to call again. When we got there, my party of 12 was seated in the back room. This barely had enough room, I had 8 people at a table and 4 people standing at the end/sitting on benches. After 15 minutes of being seated, the server asked if she could move us after another group of 16 came in. After seeing that the other table was even more squished than our current table, we declined. Another server came in 10 minutes later and very rudely asked us to move again. She said we should want to move because normally people are pissed when we sit them in here And she blamed us for potentially affecting the drag performance due to lack of seating. Again, we declined. A member of the group of 16 came to us and said that they were seated in the center of the room and the ceiling was dripping on them. She also realized that her 16 guests wouldn 't even have been able to fit in our space either. Finally, all of our food arrived cold. Someone in my party ordered the smoked salmon Benedict and the eggs came completely cooked through. Again, the queens put on an AMAZING show, but the owner never once came in to apologize for any of this. The servers were clearly stressed and the food was cold and mediocre. Very disappointing."
