"I will start off by saying I have eaten here before and had a good experience which is why I decided to take my family here for a nice dinner they aren’t ones for “upscale” restaurants. My father and I ordered the dry aged ribeye medium rare. The lady GM (Ray I think her name was she had dark hair) dropped off my fathers steak which had a hair sticking out which was almost masked in the overly charred steak both he and I received. I walked to the host stand and brought it to her attention and she apologized and had his steak redone and I also expressed my steak was overly medium and hard as a rock. The steaks were both remade and another manager dropped off my fathers steak asked him to cut into it and it came back medium rare slightly over charred, but mine came back just as bad as the first time and the same manager dropped off my steak then says “you can cut into it if you’d like or not” as if it was our fault they couldn’t cook a proper medium rare steak. I took one bite of the steak as the rest of my family had already finished eating and started to choke. I got up and headed to the restroom and I was walking to the restroom I threw up in my hands and the “manager” who dropped the food off walked past me didn’t ask if I was ok or if she could help with anything and acted as if I want even there. I proceeded to throw up in the restroom and our server checked on me the whole time and made sure everything was fine. The GM never came back to the table to check on us as she was the one who took my fathers plate. For a restaurant of this scale this service was unacceptable"

"It was our anniversary and I wanted someplace nice to celebrate. It was only recently that I learned that Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar was part of the Blooming Brands (Outback, Bone Fish, and Carrabbas's Italian Grill. A upscale alternative to Outback and in my opinion better than Ruth Chris. Using Open Table I booked a 5:45 pm reservation. Upon arriving we were seated at a booth which had been nicely decorated with confetti and a card with happy anniversary on it. Our server Greg quickly introduced himself and promptly took our drink order and brought us some bread and butter. We ordered the shrimp cocktail as our appetizer. The shrimp were jumbo and the cocktail sauce was freshly made. I highly recommend this appetizer. I switched up and ordered the Scottish Salmon with sautéed mushrooms and my wife stayed with her petite filet and a side of Fleming’s potatoes. It took a little while for our order to show up but the manager came by twice to check on us and said our entrées were coming. It wasn’t that long of a wait but after the appetizer and bread it was better anyway. The Salmon was delicious and my wife’s petite filet was perfectly cooked and the Fleming’s potatoes were superb. We ordered the Chocolate Lava cake and that was excellent too! It does take them a few minutes to get this dessert ready and if you have any allergies to nuts you will want to have them leave the pistachios off. We will definitely be back as the staff was very friendly and pleasant. The bar look very inviting and there are booths with a panoramic view of the restaurant just perfect for date night."

"**Food**: I started with the Blueberry Lemon Drop cocktail, which was phenomenal. It struck the perfect balance between sweetness and tartness, with real blueberries and a delightful foam on top, complemented by a sugared rim. My waitress wasn't wrong when she described it as a strong drink; it gave me a lovely buzz. The bread served with two types of butter was a nice touch, and the brown butter had an incredible flavor. Our side of scalloped potatoes was delicious—more than enough for three people. The combination of jalapeño and cheese was fantastic, and the potatoes were thinly sliced and perfectly cooked. For our appetizer, we chose the Sweet Chili Calamari, which was remarkable. The calamari was cooked to perfection—not too chewy and not tough at all. The crispy batter, along with the addition of banana and red bell peppers, provided a nice acidity. Both my partner and I ordered the 8 oz Filet Mignon with a lobster tail, cooked medium rare. Our waitress explained how it would be prepared, and I must say, it was the best steak I've ever had. It was incredibly tender and easy to cut. The lobster tail was perfectly cooked and tender as well, and the accompanying sauce was amazing—I could have used more of it! The caviar on the plate was a lovely finishing touch. For dessert, we opted for the Chocolate Lava Cake, served with two generous scoops of vanilla ice cream. I have a soft spot for lava cake, and this one was exceptional. The cake was substantial and made for a delightful ending to our meal. I highly recommend Fleming's to anyone seeking a premium steak or a top-quality meal. It's also a fantastic choice for an anniversary or special celebration."

"I dined at Fleming’s on 12/16 to celebrate my friend’s 24th birthday. David was my waiter, he was polite, attentive, and communicated with our table consistently. When I asked questions about the menu (my first visit he offered explanations and spoke humbly. Things went left when my table was approached by the manager and asked to turn the a mini flash off that we were using to take photos with the birthday girl (whom we were celebrating. The manager approached us about this because the table behind/beside us complained about the flash. This couple was an older white man and woman. My table was full of recent college graduate black women and one man. There were a few things that happened after this that made my experience continue to go down hill. For one, I don’t believe it was appropriate for the manager, Charles to ask us to turn the “MINI” light off. It made us feel singled out and as if we were not as valued as the other set of customers. There were many other groups around whom were not bothered by the slight light. Plus, this is obviously not a policy regarding filming and photographing, especially when it is obvious we were celebrating her. The light was out not even 5 minutes before he approached us due to the complaint made by the couple. After this occurred the couple then smiled and smirked condescendingly. They also made statements such as “they should move somewhere else.” And “they need to go over there with that.” This interaction was highly offensive. One, because the manager did not advocate on our behalf and instead allowed this couple to use him in their racist games. Additionally, it made us feel like devalued consumers. Everyone at the table received a bill of $80 or MORE. My question is, would you prefer a party of 7 get up and walk out of your establishment or the negative party of 2? Ultimately, I just thought this was distasteful. It is 2023, people should be able to enter spaces, not have to fight to be there, and celebrate one another. The blueberry lemon drops were great, but the food was not flavorful however was plated neatly and presented beautifully. Thank you David for your kindness. Manager Charles, I do wish you would have better advocated for us instead of making us feel undervalued in this establishment."
