"A disappointing experience from the get-go. Went to the bar adjacent before our dinner reservation. The bartenders did not acknowledge us, nor offer water, a menu, or anything. Went up to the bar after 10 minutes to request a menu and order drinks. Drinks were fine but the service was lacking. The bartenders then went to the group that came in after us and provided menus and water and took their order from the law tables next to us. The water was served in plastic cups! At a bar like this, a glass should be used. Next door to Mr Lyons...was seated with the drink menu and told a server would be by with the food menus. 15 minutes went by before anyone would acknowledge us. There was plenty of staff and many empty tables, so the ignoring us seemed odd. Finally got some service and the waiter was nice, but nothing special. We ordered the wedge salad, corn and twice baked potato to share, and each got the 10 oz prime rib. The only thing with flavor was the corn. The potato was blah but the meat had zero flavor. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, which is a shame because this was one of my favorites. Sadly, next time I'm in the desert I will go elsewhere."
