"I've been to Mon Ami Gabi in Reston many times, mainly for business meetings. I always order the Steak Fritte Classique. Unfortunately, this time the food was subpar. The steak tasted like it had been cooked in old butter or a dirty grill. There was a noticeable degradation in the quality of the food since the last time I was there. Our waitress was nice and attentive, but made a mistake splitting the check 3-ways. When the manager tried to fix it, he also made a mistake and brought the wrong check. Without going into too many details, the interactions with the manager were digusting. He was a slime and very condescending. He blamed the poor waitress, which showed horrible leadership on his side. As a manager, you never blame a team member and always have your team's back! We pointed this out to him. We also pointed out to him that not once did he apologize. Needless to say he tainted our experience."

"We went out to celebrate Father’s Day and our experience there was exceptional! That wasn’t our first time and every time we go, the service is always excellent, the food spectacular, and our waitress, Linda, is always very friendly and lovely! Thank you so much! We’ll be back soon."

"The food was just ... bad. I had chili relleno, a steak taco, and a chicken enchilada and all three were bad. The passion fruit margarita was fantastic. And my girlfriend said that it was much better the other two times she ate there. But I am not going back. Except maybe for another passion fruit margarita ...."

"true Italian experience in the heart of sarasota. the family farm takes it as a distant related for the time of the meal. extraordinary authentic eating, sister atmosphere. a must visit when they long for Italian eating in apulia style."

"Service was excellent. The ambience was nice, however it was rather warm. Food was great from the amuse bouche to dessert. The risotto in the scallop entree lacked seasoning and was very watery, not the risotto I am used to. The ribeye entree was not cooked correctly, I had to ask twice for it to be cooked to the temperature requested. We enjoyed the house made "Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar" and would recommend you try it as a sweet end to your meal"

"If I could rate this place with negative eleven stars I would! I was completely disappointed and am considering placing a lawsuit against this hotel for the violations of the Americans with disabilities act (ADA). My friend that was accompanying meto my lunch reservation, Suffered an Epileptic seizure. Once we got upstairs to the floor of the rooftop garden restaurant, wepassed the restroom section and we did see a panel of receptionists and told them we had a reservation at noon at therestaurant. They told us not to worry. We entered the restroom and as I was trying to cool and comfort my friend, a Hispanicaverage-built, brown hair brown eyed early thirty 's woman used the restroom and starts to listen in to our conversation. When Imentioned it to my friend she should take a rinse from her neck down to feel better and look better for pictures she will betaking at our reservations she interjected and told us the showers are meant for hotel guests and spa clients. She also told uswe need to leave the restroom because we are taking too long and all these invisible guests will be interrupted by us. When Itold her we are dining with you guys she would not have any of it. She called security. Security then had me walk to thereservations desk to clarify and check my reservation. Once my reservation was in, I ensured my friend was well enough to walkover to the table. My friend was even given back the wrong change when she paid, plus she was charged for something she did notwant. Terrible service! Wild Horses could drag me to this restaurant or hotel Again!"

"I was informed that my order would be ready in 20 minutes, but it actually took around 50 minutes. Despite my inquiry about the delay after waiting for about 15 minutes, no efforts were made to expedite my order. As a result, the calamari I ordered arrived cold. Clearly, I won’t be ordering from here again. I called to place my order, and the person assured me it would be ready in 20 minutes, so your explanation is not valid. It would have been more reasonable to estimate 40 minutes instead. Furthermore, you’re claiming that I received a gift card and a free dessert? I never received any of that. You must be confusing me with someone else. Now, on top of the poor service, I’m being insulted?"

"I had the penne prosciutto arugula which was taste and creamy with the goat cheese. The arugula was raw but when mixed into the dish it became slightly wilted and delicious with the other textures. Grilling your own bread with different spreads to choose from was dun and didn’t take but a few minutes. I would suggest that the bread come out minutes before the entrees. My husband had the carbonara which came out lukewarm with a raw yolk on top. Being a chef himself he did not think the egg would cook enough in lukewarm pasta so removed the yolk. I would suggest the yolk be mixed into a hotter noodle and then served"

"I recently visited this Italian restaurant, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy dining experience. It's important to make a reservation in advance to secure a table, but the effort is definitely worthwhile. The food is delicious, with the pasta being quite good though perhaps not exceptional. On the other hand, the pizza was a real highlight. Overall, it was a lovely experience for anyone who enjoys Italian cuisine. The fried calamari was also a standout dish, boasting an incredibly fresh and crispy texture. However, I do want to mention that the portion size was a bit on the small side, which was somewhat disappointing."

"Bistro 14 was recommended by a family member who lives on LBI. We asked what their favorite restaurant was and Bistro 14 did not disappoint. Started with calamari which was excellent! Halibut was one of the specials which my cousin loves. I had the crab cakes which were delicious. My husband enjoyed his delicious hamburger! Our waitress was friendly and attentive. She contributed to a fun dining experience. The atmosphere is open and cheerful. We brought our own wine. Ended dinner with a yummy blueberry tart. The meal for six with tip came to $300."

"This was our meal here. The first two were dinners and were great worthy of stars. This time we came for brunch and had an incredibly disappointing experience. It started with the coffee which was lukewarm when served. Our server was not very attentive and had to be flagged down several times. It took quite a while for us to place our orders and even longer to get our food. When the food finally arrived one of the egg dishes was stone cold. Several of us ordered eggs Benedict and the English muffins were rock hard and impossible to cut with the knives provided. At no point weâre we offered any type of compensation for the sub-par service. We Wonât be hurrying back..."

"excellent restaurant and favorite place to go in the obstgarten. sad new administration of the shopping center orchard has other plans for this space and gave bitto up to 30 days to clear. so sad to see an excellent and very popular restaurant near, due to the laune of new orchard management company. several long time bitto Bistro employees are looking for a new location to open bitto bistro again. unfortunately the owner greender barney takes this as a sign for the rest."

"My husband and I are from the Bay Area but have a place in Twain Harte and decided to head up for our anniversary. Neither of us had been to CiBO yet and wanted to try it out so we made a reservation. Upon arrival, the staff was super friendly and asked us where we wanted to sit inside or outside and when we chose inside, they gave us a few choices and ultimately we ended up getting a seat by the window. The decor is super cozy but also industrialmodern, a nice change to the usual restaurants up there. The first server got to our table instantly with water and offered suggestions for his favorite items on the menu the Finocchiona pizza which we ordered and the Wood Fire Baked Ziti. The second server who ended up being with us the rest of the evening introduced herself and then told us the specials and her suggested dishes. We ended up ordering the soup special this time was a potato soup, Chicken Marsala, the Finocchiona pizza and a side salad. We had brought a bottle of wine and the server opened it for us to have as we waited for our food. Our soup and salad came out shortly afterward and then a bit later our main courses. The pizza was SUCH a good choice fabulous flavor my husband almost did not want to share! The Chicken Marsala was a generous portion of chicken half a breast and a leg and was cooked wonderfully still moist and with great flavor and the sauce was not overpowering or consuming the dish. We decided on affogato for dessert and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.Ultimately, I could describe the food as best as possible and perhaps not sway anyone one way or another to try out the restaurant; the food IS wonderful, and it shows in the preparation this is a family oriented Italian style restaurant, so the purpose is to ENJOY the whole process of the meal, including conversation in between courses with the staff, too! and not be rushed. This is definitely a place to return to time and time again. Cannot wait to make my next trek up"

"A friend and I went here on a Friday in December before going to a show at the Kimmel and I cannot express enough how enjoyable the experience was. The food was excellent as were the drinks, but what really stood out to me was the service. Every single person from the man who seated us, to our waiter Andy, to the guy clearing the plates was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They made great recommendations when we asked questions, our water glasses were never empty, and yet I never felt like they were hovering or checking in on us too frequently either. They also never once made us feel rushed even though it was definitely a busy night for them. I’m genuinely very impressed, best service I’ve experienced out in the city and I’ve lived in Philly for 10 years."

"I love to eat and eat and love to find new restaurants in nashville. that is, miel is easily one of the best meal times I've ever had in nashville, only from catbird seat and half price. miel has a focus on the farm to market fresh and sustainable food. many of their foods are grown in a garden and let me tell them that freshness is obvious in quality. service was fantastic and our waiter, t roy, was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. We followed all his recommendations and were blown away from each individual, including weeping! the menu is set up in a list format with the smallest plates on the top and the largest plates on the bottom instead of appetizer and Entree sections. let her waiter know how hungry they are so s / he can show them in the correct direction to their desired portion size. miel is a small restaurant that is strapped off on a side street and hard to see by charlotte ave. it has a lot of parking. After I have eaten here, I have flew away, it is no longer the best of lists etc. t roy told us that miel does not advertise and they prefer to stay under the radar and get the people to come for mouthpropaganda. t roy I'm sorry, but the secret is now out because we told everyone they have to go to miel! our first thought was at the end of the meal, when can we come back? this is a non-passenger restaurant! go tonight!"

"I was quite unhappy with my experience at the restaurant. When I made the reservation through OT, there was no indication that it was a sushi-only menu. Once seated, I was given a menu like everyone else, and only when I was ready to order did I find out I could only choose sushi. I expressed my concerns to the restaurant manager, who told me I must not have read the OT screen correctly. He said he would look into it but then disappeared, which I found extremely disrespectful. While waiting, I checked the OT reservation screen and realized he was mistaken. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I was frustrated that I couldn’t even get a drink to accompany my sushi. Don't expect me to recommend this place to my friends; I won't, as I felt I was treated very poorly."

"After receiving our room keys, we had to ascend two flights of stairs, and there was no elevator available, making it quite challenging for our friend to reach the top. When we got to the open area, we found a dirty sink, a rusty stove with thick grease around the burners, a refrigerator, and a microwave that hadn’t been cleaned in ages, with dirt on the handles. The rooms had old curtains, and there was a strange smell coming from the heater, which was turned off. We even discovered dead bugs behind the nightstand and couldn't help but wonder what else might be hiding behind the bed. Concerned about bugs crawling onto us from the headboard, we decided to remove the thin comforter and sleep directly on the mattress. In the bathroom, the sink and tub were covered in soap scum, and a leak in the sink caused water to gather on the floor. The soap dish and cup holder were old and worn out. The only somewhat positive aspect was the bar area. I strongly recommend against staying here. Please read the reviews before making a reservation, as I really regret not doing so myself."

"Everything was very good. Our only complaint is they charge a fee to use your credit card. We know lots of restaurants are doing this now but it’s a bad business decision and should be their cost of doing business. You feel ripped off since restaurant prices are high already and constantly going up. We will think twice of whether we want to go there again or to a comparable restaurant that doesn’t add an extra fee. Shame on them!"
