"We’ve eaten at MAG many times and never had an experience as poor as this one.We were on time for our reservation for and had to wait over minutes. When we were finally seated there was no mention, let alone apology, for the delay. Our waitress consistently mixed up our order, giving the medium rare and rare hanger steaks to the wrong people...and another steak was less than inch thick and inedible. We took it home, cut it up, and gave it to the dog. He would not eat it.We did not order dessert so the very sad story ends here, but the salmon was perfect"

"This is our new favorite local BYOB spot. We've been twice now. The staff is very warm and friendly and the food is superb. If you like well crafted food and are willing to pay for very interesting tasting, beautifully plated food then this is a great place to go. We've been twice and both times they have been great with dietary restrictions as well. It's charming, casual enough to walk in (if you can get in!) but also a great place to take visiting friends and relatives or for a special night out or date. The Wayne area needed a place like this. We'll keep going back for sure."

"I went with a group for a birthday. It was the worst service any of us had ever experienced. Our waiter only took a couple of drink orders and then left for more than 20 minutes before we checked in to take the rest of the table order. For the food we had to tell him that we had to order. Then he took 4 orders, went away and didn't come back. When we got him to come back after telling several other workers we needed to complete the order, he forgot that he had taken the first few orders. He finally took a few more orders and went, again not to every person at the table. It took 2 hours in total and the food came out at all different times. We were all honestly very confused about what was happening throughout our dinner."

"Eating is always excellent, so we go there. but our server, he was new to us, was not able to fulfill our needs, quickly get in and out. no warning who is guilty, but we have made it abundantly clear to everyone that we had to be in time for the theatre."

"We enjoyed the guacamole and salsa. The medium guacamole and it was pretty spicy. Each person ordered a different type of enchiladas and tacos and then we exchanged ideas so everyone could try different types. We got separated quickly, which would be good for people who get engaged in the evening. Our only complaint was that it was loud quickly which made it difficult to hear yourself at our table."

"Have eaten here several times. Was surprised that with a reservation we were still sitting at a booth looking into the kitchen. We could have asked to be moved, but we didn't want to. The waiter was very enthusiastic, but failed to fill glasses of water without being asked. My husband's lasagna was a huge brick in the middle of an unadorned plate. A little salad or something green and crispy would have been nice. Not an à la carte fan, especially when it comes to the price of the main course alone. The room was very dark and a bit noisy. I would ask not to sit in this area another time."

"Was trying it out for the first time, having heard of the vegan offerings. Ordered the vegan stagioni pizza and it did not disappoint. Initially I thought the menu prices were high, but when I saw the size of the pizza, I think it's a good value especially for Greater Boston. I was only able to eat 3 slices for dinner...the rest of it will make for a few hearty lunches! For dessert, don't miss the ricotta pie (Pastiera Napoletana)...unusual, not overly sweet, and absolutely delicious."

"I eat in this restaurant 1-2 times a week as I often stay in the hotel. I am regularly served by sid a bar and the service is always exceptional. the entire staff is always prepared and ensures that everything is perfect. thank you for always going out of her to make sure I'm happy. I will continue to repeat this restaurant as eating is good and the service is better than the average."

"I recently visited this Italian restaurant, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy dining experience. It's important to make a reservation in advance to secure a table, but the effort is definitely worthwhile. The food is delicious, with the pasta being quite good though perhaps not exceptional. On the other hand, the pizza was a real highlight. Overall, it was a lovely experience for anyone who enjoys Italian cuisine. The fried calamari was also a standout dish, boasting an incredibly fresh and crispy texture. However, I do want to mention that the portion size was a bit on the small side, which was somewhat disappointing."

"We booked a reservation for a late dinner as we weren't arriving to the resort until late. The server seemed annoyed with us as soon as we sat down. He seemed further frustrated when we ordered, as we didn't order appetizers he tried to push on us. When our meals were served, the server stood a few feet away from our table and stared us down, making us feel uncomfortable and rushed to finish our meals. It was obvious that he just wanted to get out of there. This was really unfortunate since it was our anniversary weekend and we were hoping for a nice dinner."

"This was our 3rd meal here. The first two were dinners and were great worthy of 5 stars. This time we came for brunch and had an incredibly disappointing experience. It started with the coffee which was lukewarm when served. Our server was not very attentive and had to be flagged down several times. It took quite a while for us to place our orders and even longer to get our food. When the food finally arrived one of the egg dishes was stone cold. Several of us ordered eggs Benedict and the English muffins were rock hard and impossible to cut with the knives provided. At no point we’re we offered any type of compensation for the sub par service. We Won’t be hurrying back..."

"An evening spent with my girlfriends at this restaurant was a delightful experience. The cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and friendly service made for a perfect girls' night out. I would highly recommend this place for a fun and memorable dining experience with your friends."

"My husband and I are from the Bay Area but have a place in Twain Harte and decided to head up for our anniversary. Neither of us had been to CiBO yet and wanted to try it out so we made a reservation. Upon arrival, the staff was super friendly and asked us where we wanted to sit inside or outside and when we chose inside, they gave us a few choices and ultimately we ended up getting a seat by the window. The decor is super cozy but also industrialmodern, a nice change to the usual restaurants up there. The first server got to our table instantly with water and offered suggestions for his favorite items on the menu the Finocchiona pizza which we ordered and the Wood Fire Baked Ziti. The second server who ended up being with us the rest of the evening introduced herself and then told us the specials and her suggested dishes. We ended up ordering the soup special this time was a potato soup, Chicken Marsala, the Finocchiona pizza and a side salad. We had brought a bottle of wine and the server opened it for us to have as we waited for our food. Our soup and salad came out shortly afterward and then a bit later our main courses. The pizza was SUCH a good choice fabulous flavor my husband almost did not want to share! The Chicken Marsala was a generous portion of chicken half a breast and a leg and was cooked wonderfully still moist and with great flavor and the sauce was not overpowering or consuming the dish. We decided on affogato for dessert and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.Ultimately, I could describe the food as best as possible and perhaps not sway anyone one way or another to try out the restaurant; the food IS wonderful, and it shows in the preparation this is a family oriented Italian style restaurant, so the purpose is to ENJOY the whole process of the meal, including conversation in between courses with the staff, too! and not be rushed. This is definitely a place to return to time and time again. Cannot wait to make my next trek up"

"A friend and I went here on a Friday in December before going to a show at the Kimmel and I cannot express enough how enjoyable the experience was. The food was excellent as were the drinks, but what really stood out to me was the service. Every single person from the man who seated us, to our waiter Andy, to the guy clearing the plates was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They made great recommendations when we asked questions, our water glasses were never empty, and yet I never felt like they were hovering or checking in on us too frequently either. They also never once made us feel rushed even though it was definitely a busy night for them. I’m genuinely very impressed, best service I’ve experienced out in the city and I’ve lived in Philly for 10 years."

"my man and I love it is both a neighboring restaurant (with all wonderful connections that implicit) and a very high class dining. eating is well thought out with menus that reflect seasonal available products. the weinlist is really special, reflecting soulmas amazing ability to identify interesting weine that really supplement the menu. I have seen some negative comments to the service, and while I belong that it wasn't always, it is usually great with some really fantastic people who really take their jobs seriously. I should point out that anyone who has done less than great did not stop there for long, so there seems to be a good system to keep only good people. we go back regularly because we know that we will have a nice evening every day."

"I was quite unhappy with my experience at the restaurant. When I made the reservation through OT, there was no indication that it was a sushi-only menu. Once seated, I was given a menu like everyone else, and only when I was ready to order did I find out I could only choose sushi. I expressed my concerns to the restaurant manager, who told me I must not have read the OT screen correctly. He said he would look into it but then disappeared, which I found extremely disrespectful. While waiting, I checked the OT reservation screen and realized he was mistaken. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I was frustrated that I couldn’t even get a drink to accompany my sushi. Don't expect me to recommend this place to my friends; I won't, as I felt I was treated very poorly."

"When you check in, your key is just hanging next to the door of your unit—there's no one around to answer questions or assist you. The building has three floors but lacks an elevator, and there’s no handicap access whatsoever. Upon entering, it resembles an old storage area, complete with wrenches on the counter and dusty old books. The room on the third floor was clean, but the bathroom’s shower didn’t work, and the toilet was ridiculously small—more suited for a daycare than an adult. Honestly, this place isn't worth the drive. Rooms: 2 Service: 1 Location: 1"

"1. visit this great restaurant. both the hostess and the server were welcoming and were served within 5 minutes. our martinis were super cold and exactly made right, followed by home made creamy muscheln. my wife and I ordered calves and chicken piccata with fresh green beans and the side of linguini. I recommend a beautiful Italian dinner here! I will come back next month!"
