"Firstly, the establishment is incredibly clean. I was warmly welcomed by Paul, who politely asked for my order. Lauren then came out, promptly rang up my selections, and informed me that she would dress my sandwiches before taking my payment. Lauren did a fantastic job dressing my sandwich to perfection. While that was happening, Paul and I chatted about the store, and he mentioned that they source their tomatoes locally. Both Paul and Lauren are amazing, and I will definitely be returning to this Jersey Mike’s location in the near future. The entire staff is undeniably exceptional."

"When I ordered online, I initially thought it would be quicker than waiting in line, but she assured me that I would be served faster in person, and I’m so glad I took her advice. At the counter, her daughter was incredibly efficient—I've never seen anyone prepare a sub so quickly! Despite the chaos of numerous online orders and the long line, the quality of the food was outstanding. My wife, who often has trouble enjoying food due to health issues, usually doesn’t finish her meals. However, she told me that this was the best sandwich she had ever tasted, and she savored every single bite. I can't express how welcoming the atmosphere felt, and I genuinely believe you won’t be disappointed if you visit this restaurant. Highly recommended!"

"I just want to mention that every time I visit this location, I'm consistently impressed by the level of friendliness, service, and engagement I experience. Jenna and Olivia are both incredibly kind and always welcoming. I'm not sure if Jenna is a manager, but she certainly carries herself like one. They both seem genuinely interested in engaging in conversation with me and other customers, and it’s clear they enjoy their jobs. As someone who's worked in retail management for over 25 years, I know how rare that is. I felt they deserved a special mention for their outstanding service."

"I walked into this place and it smelled.. beautiful... the grill guy had the Chipotle chicken on the grill. But just the aroma in there.. it smelled beautiful.I didn 't catch anyone 's name, but every employee in there was friendly, and laughed at my jokes. LolI love a #8.. heated. Cooked like a steak cheese, or chicken Philly. The meats, the cheeses (I got both Swiss provolone), green peppers, onions, mushrooms grilled... then lettuce, and the seasonings.This has GOT TO BE ... THE BEST DAMN SUB I 'VE EVER EATEN!!Danny Divito ... try it.Wish I could give this location this staff 10 stars. I did call the store thank the young man personally, as well as compliment him on his subery ... A whole damn Jersey Mike 's Harry Potter magical cooking young man. Give him a raise!!"

"Horrible experience, ordered my sub, paid for my sub, was handed my sub, as I was walking out an older lady who just showed up behind the counter asked me if I paid for the sub in front of 6 other customers as I was pushing the door open to leave. Iprobably will never eat there again, I am unsure if I will eat at any Jersey Mike's. Which is too bad because I started eatingthere because they donated a days profits to charity the first time I tried them. I thought that was amazing."
