Can literally never get a simple order right, have had multiple wrong sandwiches from them.

I've had a frustrating experience trying to get a Club Supreme at this restaurant. They consistently leave out key ingredients like mayo and bacon. It feels like I have to supervise them just to get my order right. View menu

I had the opportunity to try their Philly cheesesteak before they officially opened. One of the benefits of being part of the Test and Balance community! They have a fantastic team and a great selection of subs. Definitely worth a visit!

Have tried this place twice will not be back.Have ordered Chicken cheesteaksPlaced my order and watched for 20 min while nothing was done at the grill .Not very busy both times I have tried this location giving them the benefit the first time enjoy other Jersey Mike locations but this is the worst!!!

The subs were good, however found out earlier on that its better to place online order rather than call. 3 calls no answer. Ordered foot long club and hot steak and cheese. Bagged up my order. Never even asked if I wanted any toppings on hot steak and cheese. $32.00 got home, plain steak and cheese. Not 100% happy. At all. I guess I assumed standard toppings. Tonight I placed my order online as most times. I got home and bit into the sandwich and tasted cheese. The entire sandwich was wrong. I went back and the guy who made the mistake was very, very apologetic which I really appreciated. The only thing I felt disappointed by, was I wasn’t offered anything as a compensation for getting home, driving all the way back to get what I originally ordered. I feel someone could have offered a drink, chips or given me a whole sandwich for my trouble and inconvenience. This is the only time I’ve had this experience out of the times I’ve been.

Spent 28 dollarsThey had no line. 5 people behind the counter. Took my order and yes I live a good 25 mins away. What did I get NOTHING I asked for. Why ask me. Called back and ask for owner number he said he could not give that out. Well I hope he or she reads this. I will never stop their again and I hope others think hard before they waste their money too. It's bad bad!!!!!!!!!!! The first person even wrote it down and handed pink copy to go ahead and pay. Everything on paper was write. So some where from stove to the bag. 3 people could not read. If they don't do the little things do u think they wash their hands. I know the tall guy did not. If the owner don't care about what others do...

I walked into this place and it smelled.. beautiful... the grill guy had the Chipotle chicken on the grill. But just the aroma in there.. it smelled beautiful.I didn 't catch anyone 's name, but every employee in there was friendly, and laughed at my jokes. LolI love a #8.. heated. Cooked like a steak cheese, or chicken Philly. The meats, the cheeses (I got both Swiss provolone), green peppers, onions, mushrooms grilled... then lettuce, and the seasonings.This has GOT TO BE ...
