"This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and while it could have been a one-time issue, I’m not inclined to take the risk again. I ordered the War Shu Duck, but I barely found any duck in the dish. What I did find were small bits that might have been duck, but they were primarily attached to pieces of what seemed like bone or cartilage. Crunching on these was quite unpleasant due to the texture and the uncertainty of what I was eating. Overall, not a great experience. Service: Delivery, Meal type: Dinner, Food rating: 1 out of 5."

"We recently celebrated a birthday party for one of our group at Jacky's. It was a nice touch for the owner to write "happy birthday" in chocolate sauce on the cake and to decorate a candle for the birthday boy. However, a significant part of our experience was the incredibly slow food service. Luckily, we weren’t in a rush, but it took a very long time to receive our food, particularly the sushi. This was by far the slowest service I have ever encountered."

"I ordered the shrimp rolls which were a nice size, nicely stuffed and very tasty. I also ordered the mixed vegetables with shrimp and brown rice. Unfortunately I didn't care for the brown rice but the mixed vegetables were very tasty and cooked to perfection. I definitely plan on ordering from here again. If you have not tried them I encourage you to do so I don't think you will be disappointed."

"I really enjoy a variety of dishes from a typical Chinese menu. Since most items come with white rice, I always order from this restaurant because they serve my favorite white rice. They also offer jalapeño chicken and Mongolian beef, which I haven't found at other restaurants. After trying several places in Teaneck, this has definitely become my go-to spot."

"Food was a B . What disappoints me is I paid with cash $10.95 bill, paid with a $20) and was shorted $5.00 of my $9.05 change. Shame on me for not checking what was handed back to me until I got home, and not sure if this was intentional, but buyer beware. "I was skeptical right away when I opened the Pad Thai and found a lemon instead of a lime. It was clear to me that the authenticity of the dishes was lacking, and the overwhelming sweetness was off-putting. Then I tried the Crab Rangoon, and to my surprise, I could barely taste any crab; the cream cheese filling was overly sweet, almost like it was made for dessert rather than an appetizer. A reminder to the chef: Crab Rangoon should not contain sugar in the filling! The dipping sauce that accompanied the Rangoon was an excessively sweet, corn syrup-based concoction. It would be refreshing to see a more authentic dipping sauce that reflects modern Asian cuisine rather than something so overwhelmingly sweet. At this point, I'm struggling to find the right words to describe the disappointing meal I just had. If I wanted dessert, I would head to a pastry shop. I expect more from an Asian restaurant; please consider reducing the sugar and exploring other savory ingredients to enhance your dishes. Lastly, I ordered the Chicken Rice Soup, and I have to express my disappointment yet again. This was not soup as I know it. It was essentially a cup of rice swimming in half a cup of broth. Perhaps it would be more appropriate to rename it “Soggy Rice Gruel.” Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience."

"I'm currently staying in a hotel from out of town and ordered from this restaurant the following: 2 liter of soda Wonton Soup Lemon Chicken.Instead of a 2 liter I received 3 cans of Coke and was informed they were out of 2 liters. Doing the quick and dirty math a 2 liter is ~67.6 fl oz. A Can of soda is 12 oz. 67/12 5.58. So I should have received a minimum of 5 cans for cost, technically 5.5. So 5 cans or 6.I also received no flatware with which to eat my meal. No chopsticks, no fork, no spoon, nothing.Luckily I was able to go to the lobby and get some disposable flatware, but that meant coming all the way up to my room, unpacking the food, realizing I had nothing to eat it with, and having to go back down to the lobby. Not a huge deal in itself, but when coupled with the soda issue (especially since the soda is already overpriced, but again stuck in a hotel and figured I'd eat the cost to have it delivered rather than making a trip out to the store)."

"What happened? This used to be a great restaurant, but now it’s the worst place I’ve ever visited. The food was incredibly unappetizing! They only offer takeout, and when I went on a Friday night, the restaurant was completely empty. Now I understand why. I will never go back again!"

"I stopped by tonight looking for a quick meal, as I didn't feel like cooking. I started with a hot and sour soup, but it was so unpalatable that I had to send it back. My main dish, General Tso's chicken, was decent, but after my meal was served, no one checked in on me to see how things were or if I needed anything. I ended up waiting for 15 minutes after finishing my meal before anyone finally came by with the check. When I asked for a container for my leftovers and mentioned that I had a restaurant.com coupon, the server left the check but I then had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to process the coupon. When the next staff member came back, it took another 10 minutes for her to return. It's evident that the staff does not prioritize customer service. Additionally, I noticed that the restaurant only holds a B rating from the health department. It’s disheartening to see how far this place has fallen. Once a favorite venue for family dinners, it now seems to cater mostly to bar patrons. I regrettably won’t be returning."

"Our favorite place for takeout, because they have a wide variety on the menu. Suits everyone. Dining in is great too! Generally have tables. Service is friendly, even if sometimes it feels a little disorganized. But the pleasure of eating freshly cooked food straight out of the kitchen easily makes up for that."

"This place is the best quality for at least a 5 mile radius. They understand how to prepare food, use good quality meat and vegetables, and handle the lunch rush reasonably well. Always best to call in. They are very fast and businesslike, so if you don't like that it might not be your place. If I'm at work, I won't go anywhere else."

"My partner and I are regulars here. The food is insanely good. They offer so many wonderful options. They have both a Chinese and Japanese cuisine menu to choose from. Their crab rangoons are the best in town, and none of the other local restaurants can compare, in my opinion. My personal favorite is the coconut shrimp. My partner loves the steak and shrimp hibachi. The staff are very friendly, and they 're familiar with our usual order. I would absolutely and proudly recommend Beijing Tokyo to anyone looking to treat themselves to top tier, fresh and amazing Japanese or Chinese cuisine. If you haven 't been, don 't hesitate! Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp on the sidewalk."

"My absolute favorite place for sushi in the Valley. No joke. (And I've been to a lot of sushi places. Food is delicious, staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable considering the quality. Whenever I see the Oshkosh watertower I have to resist the temptation to stop (I give in most times ! My only gripe is the building could use a little work, but the food and staff are the most important, and they've got that down pat. "Quick Links: Menu/Online Ordering [hidden link] The Space: Sammy Carry Out is a pretty small space. It doesn't have any seating but an atm and standing space to order at a counter. There are menus on the wall and the cashier is behind a plastic/glass guard similar to a bank. Definitely a place where you pick up food or order to go. The Service: The service was pretty standard, the cashier was polite and my order came out pretty quickly. I got 3 things and it took less than 10 minutes. It seems like they do their own delivery, so you could cut costs by ordering delivery directly from them and not a delivery app. The Food: The food was just okay. I ordered the crab rangoon $7.98), shrimp toast $7.70), and general tso's chicken lunch special $10.99). The crab rangoon was alright, filling was kind of low compared to other Chinese restaurants I've had in the area. The shrimp toast was insanely greasy and my stomach didn't sit well after eating it, I would skip on this dish. The general tso's chicken lunch special was decent, the chicken was fine, but the rice was the kind that is died yellow and now actually real fried rice. The lunch special comes with rice and an egg roll, but when I got home with my meal there wasn't an egg roll. Overall, the experience was pretty disappointing, there are some better options in the area like Tsim Young, but not a terrible choice if you need something quick."

"Yesterday, I had my graduation party at this lovely restaurant. It was a delightful evening and the atmosphere definitely added to the special occasion. The waitstaff were friendly, the food was delicious, and my friends were very satisfied. We will definitely be coming back for future events. Thank you."
