"I had some really great BBQ that I haven't had in a long time without making it myself. I don't usually feel motivated to write reviews, but today was exceptional. I appreciated the effort the staff put into trimming the fat down to almost nothing—no one even asked them to do it! The meat had a nice smoky appearance and was leaner than usual. The sweet BBQ sauce at the table was delicious, along with the tomato vinegar and spicy sauce, which I also enjoyed, though I personally prefer the sweet one. The staff was friendly, and the entire place, including the bathroom, was clean. Plus, the service was quick!"
