"I recently visited Smoke Haus after previously trying their loaded nachos, which were amazing. The tacos are a highlight. They’re much larger than what you’d typically find at other spots. Also, they’re cheaper on Tuesdays. I didn’t even know this place was tucked away in the area, and I’m in the neighborhood all the time. The location is a bit hidden, but parking is in the back, and it’s easy to find. I was eager to try their “award-winning” wings, and while they were good, I wouldn’t exactly call them award-winning. The flavor was there, but they didn’t blow me away. They only give you one small cup of sauce per order, which felt pretty skimpy considering the price. I ran out of sauce pretty quickly, so I had to rely on some ranch and blue cheese I had at home. The boneless buffalo wings weren’t spicy too the point of burning my mouth, so if you’re a fan of flavor without too much heat, they’ll work for you. The price is definitely steep, especially at $20 for 8 wings and $20 for boneless wings. I thought I’d get more bang for my buck, to be honest. I was a bit disappointed with the sauce portions too—just a tiny cup, barely enough to dip a wing in. All in all, I’d definitely return, but next time, I’ll probably stick with the tacos and the loaded nachos. The wings weren’t a total bust, but they didn’t live up to the hype."
