"Just this morning, the barista had the audacity to argue with me about charging for extra milk, even though it was clearly indicated on the drink sticker that I had already paid for it. I could tell they hadn’t added it, and when I calmly explained that my drink has been made incorrectly quite a bit recently and that I’ve been ordering this for years, her response was, “I’m sorry they’re having a bad morning.” I just walked away.
I feel like they don’t care and are taking advantage of customers. For the price of these drinks, they should be perfect every time. Often, it seems like they just pour in the sauces without measuring anything properly. Many times, it tastes like barely any milk was added.
This year, I’ve enjoyed my drink less frequently, even though I’m paying a lot for it, simply because I didn’t have the courage to ask them to make it correctly. I shouldn’t have to speak up every time I go there. I won’t keep spending $6 on a drink that’s been made incorrectly almost every time over the past year, especially when they either argue with me or give me a dirty look when I ask for a remake."
