"I went to Starbucks yesterday to pick up an online order. One drink was ready, but when I asked the man behind the counter how long for the other one, he said 5 minutes. I patiently waited, but he ended up flirting with two women in front of me and forgetting about my order. Despite many people in the store receiving their orders before me, my drink was right there waiting to be completed. After waiting for an additional 5 minutes with no progress, I grew frustrated and asked another employee what was taking so long. I mentioned that my drink had been sitting untouched for 25 minutes. This was the worst experience I've had at a "high-end coffee shop." The service was a 1 out of 5, the atmosphere was a 1 out of 5, and the food was a 3 out of 5. The price per person was $20–30."
