"I went to Starbucks yesterday to pick up an online order. One drink was ready, but when I asked the man behind the counter how long for the other one, he said 5 minutes. I patiently waited, but he ended up flirting with two women in front of me and forgetting about my order. Despite many people in the store receiving their orders before me, my drink was right there waiting to be completed. After waiting for an additional 5 minutes with no progress, I grew frustrated and asked another employee what was taking so long. I mentioned that my drink had been sitting untouched for 25 minutes. This was the worst experience I've had at a "high-end coffee shop." The service was a 1 out of 5, the atmosphere was a 1 out of 5, and the food was a 3 out of 5. The price per person was $20–30."

Avoid ordering takeout from this restaurant, as you will end up waiting indefinitely. We ordered three drip coffees and waited for 15 minutes before finally leaving without them. The takeout service was rated a 2 out of 5.

This restaurant has a Clover machine. The lines were long the last two times we visited. The service is for take-out orders. The meal type is other. The price per person is between $1 and $10. The food was rated a 4, service a 3, and atmosphere a 4.

They have about 10 people and none of them take the order properly. I lost 20 minutes just to be told they didn't charge me for the item. Bunch of idiots just talking and wasting everyone's time, truly awful service. One star is too generous for this shitty service.

It’s ok. Starbucks is a little on the mediocre side as coffee shops go, but there are some good picks. I really enjoy their bacon sausage and egg wraps and their ham and swiss croissant and their Frappuccinos sometimes. Went to this branch yesterday to grab two medium cups of coffee, it was a very slow day. 4 6 customers and 5 workers, I couldn't get my coffee because everyone seems to know 0 about they're work station. It's the 20th century, you push buttons and coffee comes out Why am I waiting 20 minutes for 2 medium coffee??? I couldn't wait any longer an had to just get a refund an leave furious without my daily Starbucks. THIS BRANCH IS RIDICULOUSLY SLOW JODIKAY is the best employee I see so far, I've always gotten my coffee in a fair timely manner. I believe other customers feels the same here.
