"I wanted to share my thoughts on the current state of your restaurant. I've been a loyal patron for many years, and I've always loved dining here. However, I've noticed some changes over the past few months that concern me. It seems that the manager has taken on kitchen duties, while the owner has become more of a fixture at the front, sitting in a chair collecting payments and watching videos on his phone, seemingly disconnected from the patrons.
I hope you take this feedback to heart, as I believe it’s important for owners to engage with their customers. I've asked how business was going, but it felt like my inquiries went unnoticed. Please don’t misunderstand: the food remains exceptional and the service from the staff, especially Tony, is consistently outstanding.
However, I feel that the front of the house could benefit from more attention and involvement from ownership, particularly in regards to customer interaction.
