"I had a fantastic casual dining experience at this New Mexican restaurant. It's popular for a reason, and you may have to wait between 30 to 60 minutes to get a table, but the food definitely makes it worthwhile. My friends who are visiting from out of town opted for the combo plates, and they were amazed by the generous portions. They enjoyed all the choices: relleno, posole, enchilada, taco, and sopapilla. Everything was fresh, hot, and perfectly spiced. My wife and I tried the Green Chili Stew, and we both agreed it was the best in Santa Fe, featuring tender chunks of pork in a delicious sauce. I can't wait to return and try more items from the menu. The service was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is casual yet clean, and surprisingly not too noisy despite the crowds. This place is definitely a great spot, and I highly recommend it!"

"FIRST OFF HAZARDOUS TO THOSE WITH ALLERGIES. I have waited days to write this review. I wanted to be in a level headspace, before I talked about my experience. I went to dinner here for my friends birthday last Friday. We all ordered dishes that had no fish. I ordered the chicken fajitas and split that with my friend. I grabbed the first taco and was halfway through it when my friend unearthed a shrimp on my plate. At that moment I stopped eating my taco because I am mildly allergic to shellfish. I told my waiter the problem and he took away my plate and asked if I would like anything else. I did not feel comfortable eating anything else, knowing that this cross contamination had occurred. I sat and ate my side of rice to hopefully dilute the shrimp effects. Minutes later I had gone pale and could no longer feel my lips, while having a cough. At this point we asked to receive the check immediately, that took 10 minutes. I would have left by myself if we had multiple cars, but I was the only person with a vehicle. After receiving our checks, he removed my fajitas but still charged me for my rice side. I truly would have not minded if anyone had apologized for the inconvenience and horrible cross contamination of a common allergen. The manager came across my table by happenstance and it was clear he was uniformed about my condition and the cause. We left before he could come back and help further with the issue because I was in need of benadryl. Mostly I am upset with the unapologetic attitude of the workers and the irresponsible manner in which they handle food that could be hazardous and even deadly."

"Really enjoy their food, but I am not impressed with their baked goods. All seemed to be dry and flavorless. I really wanted to like this place, so I have been as few times, but still get dry cupcakes and cake. As a gluten free baker, I know it's possible to make moist products. I think they make too many products when they should focus on the ones that sale really fast and taste exceptional. I will be back for their entrees just not their desserts."

"I would have given this place 5 stars but I felt like service could have been better. That's not to say that the bartender did an excellent job tending to my friend and I. They had thirsty goat on tap witch was nice. We ordered their queso dip which was underwhelming, really generic thin chips and the queso was good but nothing extraordinary. On the other hand the bacon burger was excellent. It was well clocked and very filling. Fries were good but nothing special. Overall, bartender was great and he could have used a server to help him as his side of the restaurant was full, but overall good experience. Worth returning."

"Our waiter should be fired on the spot for the erratic treatment he gave us. Worst waiter I've ever experienced. We ordered the braised beef, and what came out could be best described as overcooked pot roast. It was utterly disgusting and I sent it back. The entire restaurant/hotel was absolutely freezing; They must have kept the thermostat set to 60F. My wife wasnt the only one wearing their overcoat while eating. We left dinner, and actually canceled our stay at the hotel for that night. This was the absolute worst hotel/dinner experience we've ever experienced."

"This place is always good. Especially when we order food to go! BUT lately we have been noticing that the portions get smaller and smaller and smaller. They have always been known for their Steakburgere and now the patties seem like they’re from a package (judging by how perfectly round they are and the taste) and they are TINY! I miss how juicy and big the patties were."

My wife ordered a chile relleno with a side of Mexican potatoes, while I opted for a plate of enchiladas, also served with Mexican potatoes and mac & cheese. The dishes were delightful, with just the right touch of spice. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish mine because I'm not accustomed to spicy food, but the flavors were fantastic! The service was top-notch, and I would definitely come back to this restaurant if I'm in the area again."

"Tortilla Coast was a cute spot right of the metro which made it convenient to get to. Me and a friend had gone for happy hour and enjoyed the pitchers of margaritas, which were just the right amount of sweetness. The nachos that we got we okay, but I would go back just for the margs. If you are looking for a cheap happy hour, this is the place to be!"

"We were looking for a “new to us” restaurant in our hometown and came across this place. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere very much. There are several options for appetizers and entrees. The vegan Nacho plate was our favorite dish. I also enjoyed my cal salad. Our vegetarian children enjoyed the waffles. Brunch is served all day, but the only option for vegans is Avocado Toast. There are a variety of beer on tap. Overall, it is a great place to go with not vegans as any options will have. We will return."

"The Crab cake Benedict that I had was absolutely delicious and one of my favorite dishes I’ve had in a long time. BUT, Their menu state that the Crabs cakes Benedict I had was $15, on my receipt I was charge $17. I asked to talk to the manager which was an older woman wearing a brown dress. She finally came out after much reluctance looked up our table bill and then cowardly proceeded to find the waitress had her come and give a refund out of her own pocket. Their restaurant system overcharged according to their menu. This place is dirty around where they keep the ice at the bar. Please ZOOM in on the pictures that I have posted. The drink dispenser has some kind of bacteria growing on it. Zoom into the wires inside of the ice maker that has not been cleaned in probably years, Your ice is not clean this is also an area where people walk by all the time, it doesn’t have a cover on it. Who knows if people are coughing and sneezing as they pass it, who knows what’s going into your ice. What upset me the most was the manager that handled the situation Poorly, she’s actually taking money out of the pocket of the server’s instead of taking the money out of the companies pocket. I would really hate to see what the kitchen looks like if the public area looks like this. I have posted pictures of the menu and my bill so that you can see the price difference. It’s really too bad, I won’t be back."

"We will definitely be coming back to try more dishes at Neuf. We picked this restaurant because of its proximity to the theater. We were pleasantly surprised by the small number of guests, which created a peaceful atmosphere and allowed for quick service. The spring rolls were perfectly hot and crispy, without being too greasy. I ordered the beef stir fry and my wife had the chicken stir fry, both of which were delicious. We ended up taking some leftovers home to enjoy for lunch the next day. Overall, we were very satisfied with our meal."

"Our experience was incredibly disappointing. We ended up waiting well over an hour for our food. The manager approached us to apologize, assuring us that our order had been expedited, only to inform us later that we had another 30 minutes to wait. What made matters worse was seeing people who arrived after us being served their meals promptly. It seemed as though there was a mix-up with our order, possibly our ticket being overlooked altogether. To add to the frustration, there was no gesture of goodwill such as a discount or even a complimentary dessert offered to compensate for the extensive wait and poor service. Overall, the lack of organization and communication coupled with the absence of any effort to make amends for their mistakes left us deeply dissatisfied. We won't be returning to and cannot recommend it based on this experience."

"We tried this location for family dinner night sat inside! The window views of the lake were so nice and the environment inside was great! Our service was very kind, but the food took- FOREVER to come out. But, when it finally came out everything was delicious! I got the grilled chicken handheld with fries ranch, delicious!!
