"I reserved a table hours in advance. When i got there they said they were going to clean a table for us and it would be a short wait. There was another group of waiting to be seated as well. They got a table first with no reservation. We ended up waiting for another hour to get a table. It was my birthday, im upset. If i didnt have gift cards I wouldve left and gone somewhere else. Terrible service, we waited minutes for our waitress to come over to our table and take our order for our drinks. Our food took an hour and was cold when it came out. She also messed up the check and gave herself an extra tip"

"The food was delicious, I’d go back to eat again, BUT LET ME TELL YOU. I WAS. STUFFED, and now originally I never eat all my food, I even stole half of my mom’s burger. But one thing that bothered me was all the noise. Now I’m a very introverted person, and I’m very shy and if there is too much noise I will quiver in anxiety, but I was mostly talking to my sister and mom. But over all it was Delicious! I just wasn’t a big fan of the noise, (mostly also because I’m pretty sure I have autism) but I get really hyper sensitive about a ton of noise. But I loved watching the horses race on tv."

"I had to go to the hostess to ask for a server to come to our table. The server was very nice. She brought the food. There was a long piece of hair in my husband's food. The server was mortified. They re-cooked it, offered us free dessert and did not charge us for our appetizer or my husband's plate. My shrimp was undercooked, but I thought I would just take it home and re-heat it. Typically we eat at their restaurant in Excelsior, but thought we would try this one since we were in the area. This was an unfortunate experience. They were quick to do what they could to remedy the situation."

"The wings were over cooked but the Asian zing sauce is delicious. I ordered the sampler and it came with bonless wings insrea of traditional as shown. They were also overlooked. Flavor good. They havent learned how to package food for transport so that the food doesnt get cold and soggy. The dries nachos and onion rings were all soggy. Other restaurants have superior packaging. The completely forgot our Mac n cheese. We use door dash on average 2 times a week. This is our first time ordering here. I highly doubt we will order from here again."

"Honestly, the WORST quality food coming out of this location! I usually get my food from Westland but for some odd reason my grub hub delivery order was from this Canton location. My onion rings were hard as rocks. Dry. Overcooked. Cold. Disgusting and inedible. The wings were the same. The sauce was almost non existent. It was truly as if these were made days ago and just pulled from the fridge and thrown in a box. Not even heated. This is BLATANT disregard for food quality or the customer. I got robbed of $40 in food, delivery and tip fees. A complete robbery considering how obvious it was this food was not fresh or even cooked properly. When I say the food was cold, I mean, there was no warmth at all. Not like it was delivered a little late and cooled down. I don’t think it was even boxed warm!If management cares at all about this establishment, I would hope they’d start listening to these honest complaints and get rid of the horrible cooks. This doesn’t happen as an honest mistake this was on purpose. Blatant. Get out of the restaurant business if you don’t care!"

"When we arrived at the restaurant, we were informed that they do not use OpenTable, despite having made a reservation through that platform. This caused quite a bit of confusion with the hostess, who seemed to think it was our mistake. We ended up waiting for 45 minutes to be seated. It was a busy Saturday night, and since we didn't really have many other options, we stayed put, even though we were hungry. The food and service were average, which is what we expected given the circumstances. The management should address this issue and remove themselves from OpenTable if they don't actually use it. Doing so would alleviate some of the stress for both the staff and the guests."

"Ordered online at 8pm. Order was set to be ready at 820pm. Seen they were a little busy so when we got to the store to pick up gave them till 835. Came in and there 's was a full lobby and servers coming in and out. Spoke to three people giving them my name for the order. The third person went back and asked and they said that my order was 4th in line. Went outside waited for 15 minutes. Came back in at 855 and then was told my order was the last ticket. I then went out and grabbed my phone brought up my receipt and headed back in to show the time and ask for the manager. The time is now 915 and the manager says she can 't do a refund because it would to 5-7 business days because it was a credit card order. And that it 's just one order I can wait .....so with that being said. I 'm over buffalo wild wings and the pathetic service that they give. The people below the managers servers cooks hostess deserves a better work environment and better management. Servers are constantly over worked and under prepared for their shifts. Management is never around to help only at the bar on their phones. There 's cameras and your head of company can see them and yet do nothing.If your store is swamped and getting buried you should be doing everything in your power to get them through it.The heads of this company need to come and actually revaluate this store and there management team...oh probably should come with out calling.....or they act more prepared. This was a bogo night. And I ordered 2 bogos. I should have received 60 wings and I only received 30. I would like a refund on half of my order and with that being said I will take this matter up with customer service and not your gm."

"Here is a picture of my salad. If Management is okay with how this salad was made. Then truly the employees and management NEED redirection... this was not on the waitress...THIS is on the so called cooks and kitchen help. "Never been to a restaurant where no one is getting served food. Seems like everyone got one round of drinks then forgot about. Got in at 7:40pm didn't get served til 9pm that's an hour sitting at the table and managed to get our bill and pay after nearly 35 mins of sitting waiting. We managed to leave at 10:30pm. Food was cold, soda was just carbonated water with no flavoring. Blue moon glass was cracked and I had to send that back also. The floor of the restaurant on the carpeted side was a complete nightmare as I made my way to the restroom. I have no idea what staff is doing? No pride in work no conversation no nothing like I'm a bother for wanting to eat here. Nothing like how it use to be back when there was just one location.Dont need to post pictures the company can just look at security cameras and see there potential lawsuits when a customer slips on food on the ground or swallows glass.."

"We started with a round of drinks. I opted for a classic margarita with salt, while my husband had a beer. For appetizers, we ordered quite a few dishes. The chicken flautas were delicious, and the jalapeño poppers stuffed with chicken and cheese were a highlight as well. The wings were decent, but let’s be honest—who goes to a Tex-Mex restaurant for wings, right?! We then moved on to the ceviche, which was incredibly fresh. We requested extra limes and serrano peppers because we love it spicy. Next, we had the steak quesadilla filled with peppers and onions. It was hearty, packed with flavorful, tender steak, and just the right amount of cheese to hold it all together. My son even had leftovers from this dish! I couldn't resist trying the watermelon mojito, and I must say it was the best mojito I've tasted in a long time. It’s a must-try! For my main course, I ordered the salmon, which came with a creamy cilantro and lime rice. I’m not sure if that’s the exact description on the menu, but you could definitely taste the cilantro and lime, and I loved it! We enjoyed a few more drinks, and as time passed, more families arrived. Our server was very sweet and attentive. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with the food and service. We’ll definitely be back soon, especially since I heard they’re starting Latin Night on the first Saturday of August, which has me very excited!"

"This was my first time visiting the restaurant, and I found it challenging to hear due to the many TV screens playing different sports, which created a chaotic atmosphere that made it hard to focus. On a positive note, our server was friendly and attentive, although we had to wait a while for our food. We each ordered 10 traditional wings, and although there were plenty of flavor options and dipping sauces available, the wings were quite small and lacked meat. We also ordered a couple of sides and some sodas, and the total came to over $70, which felt excessive considering the portion sizes. Overall, it was too expensive for what we received."

"This location is a hit or miss (mostly a miss). We have ordered here about 10 times in the past 10 months hoping that the next one will be better. For the vast majority of these times, they have gotten our order wrong (e.g., have included fries even after paying extra for onion rings, wrong sauce on the wings or there was a side completely missing). "Went here and spent almost 100 the wings I ordered weren't fresh they never brought our celery carrots or ranch, they brought out the adults food while our all child had to wait, you should never bring out half the party's food let alone ask a hungry 5year old to wait and watch everyone else wat. "my grandson I was on Sunday, 25th October 2020 at buffalo wild wings to watch the packers and the texans, we are both big packers fans so we are very happy with the game result. we had a few appetizers during the 1st half kicked pickles and cheese curds (we are packer fans) the place was quite full and the waitresses ran around very busy, but our waitress jeannie did an excellent job to take care of us throughout the game! our drinks were always full and she checked us regularly to see if we needed something else. just before half the time we ordered a wrap and boneless wing with fries, just like the appetizer 's had earlier, eating came fast, hot and tasteful and just as we had ordered it. I urge everyone who bw3 in kokomo to try in and ask jeannie when they do it, they will not regret."
