"I never had an experience in a wing restaurant. I loved eating absolutely. I worked as a trainer under yum corporation and I spent a lot of time cooking as you were specific and that was exquisite. I would also like to say that the service should die. I was never thirsty at any point where they let the drinks flow. my waitress was also very amusing to check me and my family and make sure everything was to our pleasure. 5 stars made me."

"I had a positive experience at the restaurant. The waitress was incredibly helpful and even allowed us to change seats. I ordered the 10-piece boneless chicken with a split sauce, and let me tell you, if you enjoy spicy food, you’re in for a treat. However, if you’re not a fan of heat, be careful with the mango habanero! When I say it’s REALLY SPICY, I mean it. That sauce was intense! The waitress even joked about bringing a fire extinguisher!"

"We had a reservation, but we waited before anyone greeted us at the entrance, and it took at least another twenty minutes before we were shown to our table. Many people were waiting around us as well. Our food didn’t arrive until quite a while later, and our drinks sat empty for some time. Additionally, our order was incorrect, and all the fries were served cold. While the staff were friendly, they were hardly present during our visit, and the wait times were really frustrating. On a positive note, when we received the bill, they did comp my daughter's dessert to celebrate her birthday. Overall, I think they need to increase their staff and also improve their website, especially since they require reservations to be made online rather than by phone."

"I enjoyed my experience here. I came in on a Friday, about 345,4pm, so before the evening rush. I enjoyed a quiet meal, it was very empty in the restaurant, so my food came out quickly. Rand did a great job servicing me. The only area of improvement is cleanliness. The glass on the doors and glass above booths are filthy with handprint marks. I also had to wipe away crumbs from my seat at my booth, and there was a left over straw paper from a previous customer behind the menus on the table. It could’ve been easily missed had I not used the condiment holder. Make sure the restaurant is clean. Otherwise, I would eat here again before any rush. I don’t have any problems with this location."

"In my opinion, the staff at this restaurant is always professional. Wings tend to be pricey at most places, not just here, and not necessarily because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, when a BOGO offer is advertised for traditional wings on Tuesdays, it should be honored. I visited this restaurant two weeks ago and ordered a BOGO deal for 6 traditional wings, but I received 10 wings. While I would have understood this discrepancy if the menu was based on wings by the pound, it was clear that they were being counted individually. I didn't bring it up at the time because I was concerned about potential retaliation affecting my food. Despite this issue, the wings are consistently good with a wide selection of sauces and beers, and the staff is great. It's important to uphold integrity in business practices."

"This restaurant does not accept OpenTable reservations, which is frustrating. Once we were seated, everything was wonderful, but this is the second time my group has encountered this issue. Each time, we were given the same explanation: "We don’t really do reservations like that." The first instance, I thought it might have just been an inexperienced staff member, but it seems to be a recurring issue. On a positive note, our waitress was fantastic, and the food was delicious. However, I strongly advise against making a reservation here. I've been searching for a way to report this to OpenTable, but haven't found a solution yet, so I'm sharing this as a warning to others."

"suddenly I remembered why we didn't come here anymore. I have to wait until I can eat there. plan to spend at least 20 additional minutes on what they have said. but tonight after waiting for the extra 20 minutes, go back to get my food, comes with a ranch (after I asked about additional ranch), we had 6 meal times and 40 wings, they don't think we asked for much. not the problem yet, has not complained about it. but he knew I missed a soda. hostess said, think as if I were disturbing him. I thought. when he sat, not one, not two, but four tables then go for dinner in another and he begins to help her. I was wondering if I could get that soda. he said nothing else, looked so irritated with me and asked for a soda I had already paid. not to mention the food he had brought out 15 minutes later. after 20 minutes too late was certainly cold. if people are overwhelmed, offer more help, rent more people and rent people who can be said least."

"One good thing: Our increase in headcount (from 8 12) was accommodated (our reservation was at 7:30pm, we were seated after 9pm). Not so good things: Everything else went bad. Five drinks ordered, 3 came out. Food took forever and came out sporadically. We were charged for an extra beer, which was fixed in the end. Celebration was two fold HS graduation, and grandma's birthday. We asked if the server had a cake slice to provide and they said yes, but we were charged for it, AND they just threw it on the table in front of her and walked away. We were all shocked at that. Lemonade and Strawberry Lemonade was watered down so much that it tasted like flavored water. It was replaced, eventually. The server got our payments wrong. Two cards provided. They charged the wrong card and had to reverse it. The next day, I was told that the fixed charge was applied twice on their card. I could guess that this experience was an isolated incident, however we were all treated so poorly that 10 of our party of 12 wanted it mentioned. So here we are."
"We recently visited this location and left very unsatisfied. I definitely understand because of Covid some restaurants are experiencing longer than normal wait times but this was ridiculous. Our food wasn't hot when served, our server Angelic didn't check in on us until after our meal was over, we ordered a burger prior to go and it was given away to another customer. Before our meal was over I asked to see if they had started on our to go order. Our server idicated it should've been brought up to us already. Once we were done with our meal waited 30 min and I got up and let another server know we didn't want to burger and just wanted our check and go. Immediately afterwards they brought us our to go order. Our server failed to notify us of the situation and would've had us waiting had we not found someone else to assist us. We're extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and considering our server had for us. The food temperature didn't even bother us compared to the service that was provide. Trust me take the extra time to drive to a better location. The time you'll wait here for your food and check could be put the driving to a better location where they'll be more attentive and considerate to you."

"I had a little incident with my meal last night. It wasn't anything severe, but considering that this restaurant prides itself on excellent service and high standards, it shouldn't have happened. To summarize, the manager promptly addressed the issue and took appropriate action by covering my family's meals for the evening. We frequent this location often; although we’ve tried other branches, this one is definitely the best. Even during the pandemic, they maintained great service. Nowadays, it’s rare to find a place that opens on time, or even opens at all. I wanted to express my gratitude to the manager, but he was busy handling things, so I’ll make sure to thank him when I return—because we absolutely will be back. Thanks again!"

"Ordered Saturday night around 5:00pm from the mobile app for takeout. I will admit when I cashed out I noticed I had clicked the wrong sauce for the wings, I had called the store directly to see if they would switch it but the takeout girl kiersten I believe she said her name was on the phone was very rude!! Was told she didn't even she what I was talking about on the order. I eventually just hung up the phone because all she did was argue. Fast forward to an hour later picking the food up, same girl very very rude. I get having a bad day/night but that girl either needs to be retrained or replaced. Food taste though was at least decent and correctly done, so thank you to the cooks!!!"

"This is one of my favorite spots to hang out with my friends. I'm a big fan of the Artisan Spinach flatbread and the Parmesan garlic wings. The service is quite good and the staff is always friendly. The best part, however, is the inviting and energetic atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place. It's conveniently located on Pulaski Highway, although it can get a bit crowded on weekends. We usually go after 8:30 p.m. to avoid the rush."

"We made a Saturday night reservation for 4 people on Open Table. When we arrived, the hostess informed us that they don’t use Open Table and the wait time was 25 minutes. We ended up leaving due to having two small kids with us who didn’t want to wait. Beware!"

"My wife and I went to this BWW Sunday after making a reservation on their website. We received confirmation emails and text message reminders for our reservation. When we arrived and told the hostess we had a reservation, she said, We don 't take reservations. When I showed her the confirmation on my phone, she said that I should not have been able to make a reservation and no tables would be available FOR 2 HOURS. She didn 't pretend to care about the inconvenience. My wife suggested we get a takeout order, but we both felt that the restaurant should do something, even if only a symbolic gesture, to compensate for the service failure. We drove 40 minutes for a reservation that they confirmed but would not honor. The cashier took our order, but before we paid he went to the manager to see what could be done. I stepped outside and my wife spoke with the manager (Carlos R. and he said nothing could be done. When I heard that, I went inside asked to speak with the manager. Before he returned, the cashier brought our takeout order to us. Carlos R. showed up and told us nothing could be done because it was a third party 's mistake. That defies logic! The third party is OpenTable which BWW hired to do exactly what they did: Make a reservation. I told him that I worked in restaurants for years and that you always try to satisfy the customer in the case of service failures. At least do SOMETHING, ANYTHING, to show that you are sorry for the failure and that you appreciate their business. He said he would do NOTHING. I showed him that our takeout order was complete and asked him if he would rather throw the order away than satisfy his customer. He said if you don 't want the food at full price, I 'll throw it away. He was happy to throw away the food and two customers. Why not discount the food slightly and keep two customers? He is neither a champion of logic or customer service. I wrote the corporate office the same day. No response. TERRIBLE SERVICE!"

"Was in town with my wife and our friends. Went inside and stood there in full view of what looked like the hostess who was taking an order. We stood there for over 10 minutes. They weren't busy and there was barely anyone there. The hostess seemed to be more interested in the young man ordering food than helping us to a table, or even saying she would be with us in a minute. Too bad for them. She was looking at a lot more money with us there than the young man she was making eyes at. You blew it guys. If the manager reads this, you should be ashamed of yourself."

"childa expensive for the wings. we had 20 wings 15 of one and 5 of one) and 2 so, cost were directly at $50 at dinner when they had to buy a sporting event that they had to buy otherwise....then there is something worth it. we arrived at 17 o'clock and it wasn't crowded, maybe 8 other tables. the service was fast to get the drinks, but rather slow to get the wings. about 25 minutes. our server has moved, so I don't think that was the moment. the wings were good-ish, but not really much more than warm. no problem to get a togo box for left transfers and the bill was fast. many beautiful tvs to see with a lot of different sports to choose. it was clean and personal was warm. I will probably try again if I live so close, but I will do lunch for better prices."

"We had reservations and were seated promptly however after being seated no one came by for 10 minutes. When we finally did get a server we ordered our water and food so we could get our order in. We got our drinks, and about 30 mins later I asked if we could get some celery and carrots early (as we ordered wings) which she brought and this helped my two kiddos have a little bite. We had to ask for a refill on our drinks and after 48 minutes I asked if our food would be out soon, to which I got a reply of “it’s busy”. I absolutely can understand busy and am more than willing to wait, however not having any communication or having to ask for things was frustrating. I worked in the food industry, and always found it was best to talk with your folks, offer to bring an appetizer or even some crackers for the kids, something. Our food arrive 56 minutes after sitting down and it was just my husband and myself and our two small kids, not a large order. Definitely unhappy this time around."

"It was terrible! They did not honor our reservation after I even called to make sure that everything was good for our party of 8 as it was Easter! We called at 6:30 to see if we could postpone our reservation earlier, and they told us we couldn't come at all because they decided to close early. I went in and the "Hoss/Manager" told me they wouldn't sit down. The dining room had people in it, but there was plenty of room for us. She told me we didn't have a reservation and they wouldn't sit down. I showed her my reservation and confirmation number and she still lied that we have no reservation! I don't think these Buffalo Wild Wings should be more in Opentable, as they don't care about OBVIOUSLY that people come in their facility! Chloe Chloe, as they claimed, their names should be given a lesson or two in how to treat their customers! While we were in the parking lot, try to find somewhere to at least 8 other parties went up and were turned away....absolutely horrible!!! We eat a lot and that's the worst I've ever been treated!"
