"5 of us came here today to get lunch, what a mistake it was coming here instead of Bombers down the street. took 30 minutes to get our appetizer out. we asked if the rest of the food was coming anytime soon. Suddenly 2 minutes later it shows up. 3/5 peoples food was COLD. my fries were clearly old and had been made many hours previously and were reheated. the food had obviously been sitting there for 15-20 minutes not being brought out. they took $40 off the bill for some of the food but still gladly took $100 for the the rest of the food. Im not one to blame a server for the kitchens problems but our server was anything but apologetic, she was disinterested and only came over when we were asking someone else about the bill. Again suddenly they hopped too when worried they might be in trouble. Manager never came over. Realistically we should have just paid for the appetizer and drinks and left. Im not someone who will complain about mediocre or even bad service but come on. the restaurant was maybe 1/3 full at this time, no excuse for that type of service. Hopefully customer service can make up some amount of the $100 that they had no problem taking."

"I reserved a table hours in advance. When i got there they said they were going to clean a table for us and it would be a short wait. There was another group of waiting to be seated as well. They got a table first with no reservation. We ended up waiting for another hour to get a table. It was my birthday, im upset. If i didnt have gift cards I wouldve left and gone somewhere else. Terrible service, we waited minutes for our waitress to come over to our table and take our order for our drinks. Our food took an hour and was cold when it came out. She also messed up the check and gave herself an extra tip"

I wondered why that was because I had a reservation and wait for a table when a walk sat immediately. the host asked about my name and safe enough it was on her tablet, but my reservation was not honored. they should be removed from the business with open table."

He was always checking on us and was very easy to talk to and joke around with. I hope he gets the credit he deserves as he is one of the best servers I’ve ever had!"

"I had to go to the hostess to ask for a server to come to our table. The server was very nice. She brought the food. There was a long piece of hair in my husband's food. The server was mortified. They re-cooked it, offered us free dessert and did not charge us for our appetizer or my husband's plate. My shrimp was undercooked, but I thought I would just take it home and re-heat it. Typically we eat at their restaurant in Excelsior, but thought we would try this one since we were in the area. This was an unfortunate experience. They were quick to do what they could to remedy the situation."

"Honestly, the WORST quality food coming out of this location! I usually get my food from Westland but for some odd reason my grub hub delivery order was from this Canton location. My onion rings were hard as rocks. Dry. Overcooked. Cold. Disgusting and inedible. The wings were the same. The sauce was almost non existent. It was truly as if these were made days ago and just pulled from the fridge and thrown in a box. Not even heated. This is BLATANT disregard for food quality or the customer. I got robbed of $40 in food, delivery and tip fees. A complete robbery considering how obvious it was this food was not fresh or even cooked properly. When I say the food was cold, I mean, there was no warmth at all. Not like it was delivered a little late and cooled down. I don’t think it was even boxed warm!If management cares at all about this establishment, I would hope they’d start listening to these honest complaints and get rid of the horrible cooks. This doesn’t happen as an honest mistake this was on purpose. Blatant. Get out of the restaurant business if you don’t care!"

"Definitely will check every bit of my order before leaving. First, NO RANCH NO CELERY/CARROTS with our boneless wings! Second, no chocolate or caramel syrup on the “loaded” ice cream ! Third I unfortunately forgot to add the appetizer I wanted so Imade a second order it was cold and sitting on the back I had to return inside to retrieve it . Fourth the entire meal (2 10piece wing meals with fries all cold didn’t have any heat to it (warmth it’s sat on a shelf with no warmer even my icecream desert was left on the shelf in a bag to melt. "if I could have written this without star, I would have. I called in a job and was treated rudely by a worker because I didn't understand it (she spoke extremely fast and mumbling.) it was said that the job was finished for 20 minutes. we go to pick up our order half an hour later and it was not ready. we'll wait half an hour before we get our food. every employee we talked to during this process was rude, short, could take care less that everyone was even there. the manager brought out our order and was annoyed with us that we asked the long waiting time. seriously?! she tried to accuse the system, she also told me when I called in my order, they were not busy. hmmm. why was our order not started and completed?! there was also an apology for that which did not make sense. the manager ton and actions were inappropriate and inappropriate. I know that the whole country is undergoing a personal scarcity, the way we were treated was of lack of reason and education. a manager should know how to treat a restaurant for which they are responsible, they should know how to blame themselves for the mistakes of their systems, rather than a computer. they should be problem-solving and have the ability to talk to people. unnecessary to say we will never go back to this restaurant again. I will not take the chance to be dismantled and spoken with so crazy rudely before my child again."

"When we arrived, there were very few people in the place, probably due to Corona. Definitely did not need a reservation. Our hostess was not wearing a mask and neither did the waitress. Service was fairly quick and adequate, although the waitress did not know anything at all about the wine. Food came out quickly and it was typical BWW fare. Wings and celery sticks. I had leftovers which I took home. When I got home and in better lighting, I saw chicken hair all over my remaining wings. After taking the meat off the bones, I gave them to my dog, who didn’t mind the hair in the least. This was the second strike for BWW as far as we are concerned. The previous time we ordered takeout. When we got our chicken wings home we discovered they did not have any seasoning on them at all. Not even salt. Yechch! IDK, BWW, you are slipping. It is going to take me awhile to get over the hairy wings. I should think you could torch those babies to singe all the hair off."

"Never been to a restaurant where no one is getting served food. Seems like everyone got one round of drinks then forgot about. Got in at 7:40pm didn't get served til 9pm that's an hour sitting at the table and managed to get our bill and pay after nearly 35 mins of sitting waiting. We managed to leave at 10:30pm. Food was cold, soda was just carbonated water with no flavoring. Blue moon glass was cracked and I had to send that back also. The floor of the restaurant on the carpeted side was a complete nightmare as I made my way to the restroom. I have no idea what staff is doing? No pride in work no conversation no nothing like I'm a bother for wanting to eat here. Nothing like how it use to be back when there was just one location.Dont need to post pictures the company can just look at security cameras and see there potential lawsuits when a customer slips on food on the ground or swallows glass.."

"We started with a round of drinks. I opted for a classic margarita with salt, while my husband had a beer. For appetizers, we ordered quite a few dishes. The chicken flautas were delicious, and the jalapeño poppers stuffed with chicken and cheese were a highlight as well. The wings were decent, but let’s be honest—who goes to a Tex-Mex restaurant for wings, right?! We then moved on to the ceviche, which was incredibly fresh. We requested extra limes and serrano peppers because we love it spicy. Next, we had the steak quesadilla filled with peppers and onions. It was hearty, packed with flavorful, tender steak, and just the right amount of cheese to hold it all together. My son even had leftovers from this dish! I couldn't resist trying the watermelon mojito, and I must say it was the best mojito I've tasted in a long time. It’s a must-try! For my main course, I ordered the salmon, which came with a creamy cilantro and lime rice. I’m not sure if that’s the exact description on the menu, but you could definitely taste the cilantro and lime, and I loved it! We enjoyed a few more drinks, and as time passed, more families arrived. Our server was very sweet and attentive. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with the food and service. We’ll definitely be back soon, especially since I heard they’re starting Latin Night on the first Saturday of August, which has me very excited!"

"I'm not quite sure what's happening with this restaurant. The parking lot was completely empty on a Friday night—are they still open? It's been a while since our last visit, and this time we only ordered drinks, not food. Both times we've been here, it was nearly deserted, with perhaps just five other customers. The bartender didn’t recognize us and appeared to have a somewhat unfriendly demeanor; she didn’t even greet us. However, when the waitress finally came over, she was friendly, efficient, and polite. We ended up ordering food, which was quite good, and we had no complaints about that. If it weren't for her, we might have chosen to leave. I used to really enjoy this restaurant, and it's disappointing to see it losing its appeal. I hope it doesn’t keep heading in that direction. Overall, it was an uneven experience, with one unpleasant interaction followed by a wonderful waitress, and it took a while before anyone acknowledged us. The food was decent, but I long for the professionalism and lively atmosphere that used to be here!"

"Have loved every time I have been in this restaurant EVER. This one in Burlington is no exception. Nice staff, quick service, delicious food. My only complaint is that my boneless wings were not completely covered with sauce, but I didn't bring it to the staff who I am sure would have corrected it. "This location is a hit or miss (mostly a miss). We have ordered here about 10 times in the past 10 months hoping that the next one will be better. For the vast majority of these times, they have gotten our order wrong (e.g., have included fries even after paying extra for onion rings, wrong sauce on the wings or there was a side completely missing). The two times our order was correct it was fresh and we enjoyed it. If you’re doing take out, please check your entire order before leaving the premises."

"The food is consistently delicious at any Buffalo Wild Wings location I visit. The only drawback was the longer than usual wait to be seated and for the food to arrive. Our server was friendly and attentive. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and food were all top-notch. "I never had an experience in a wing restaurant. I loved eating absolutely. I worked as a trainer under yum corporation and I spent a lot of time cooking as you were specific and that was exquisite. I would also like to say that the service should die. I was never thirsty at any point where they let the drinks flow. my waitress was also very amusing to check me and my family and make sure everything was to our pleasure. 5 stars made me."
