"I thought I had found the best sushi in Hoboken, but I was sadly mistaken. The first few times I went, I didn't have any major complaints. Yes, there were flies buzzing around my table all the time, but I thought the food was good enough to overlook that. However, the more I went, the more I realized that the quality of the sushi was inconsistent. Sometimes it was decent, but tonight it was very subpar. After being completely dissatisfied with my sushi rolls (I even left a whole roll uneaten), I informed the waiter that the food tonight was not good. I also mentioned the abundance of flies in the restaurant. The waiter dismissed my concerns, stating that there were no bugs, despite the flies buzzing around my plate. I showed her a picture of the flies, but she just laughed it off. She didn't seem interested in ensuring that the customers were satisfied. I am certain that I will never return to this restaurant. It is concerning that there are flies in the restaurant, especially near where they prepare the food. I give this place 2 stars because on a good night, the sushi can be decent. However, I would recommend sitting outside or as close to the door as possible to avoid spending your evening swatting away flies from your meal."
