"the carhop was the best ive had in a long time. idk, who he was, but you need him to train other places! he was so friendly and acting as if he was actually there. I was in the early 2000s a car hit and the customer service requirements have changed, this was a breath of fresh air. I just wish I had money on me to give him more. may they add that to their app? the ability to tap after eating is brought? eating was just okay. my grilled cheese crusts were so burned that I had to pull them off and the fried pickles burned my lips. totally my fault, I knew they would be hot, I didn't expect the pickle to cut out and my lips attack a large sonic overall"

"This used to be a really good and quick place to go. Not anymore. I am here everyday for breakfast . Come through the line on Sunday morning. Sat at the speaker with no response for a long time. I had 4 card behind me that backed out and left. I finally drove around to the window . I asked the young lady if the speaker was broken.? Simple question. She raised her voice and screamed , “ I’m the only one here and I’m doing the best I can. Never answered the question. I drove off. I waited a few days to return. Was there today and was served a burrito that looked like it had been run over by a car. What is going on here? The only positive was that the manager did replace it. May try another location. Sad"

"I love the drinks at sonic and the food isn't bad either. However lately they are constantly out of things I order or I am not allowed to have an extra sauce packet. Like if you order two cheese sticks or eight, you only get one marinara packet? Tonight though, we went, I took my puppy. They were extra stingy. They have been doing the wag cups... this time, they charged me $1.09 for a tiny wag cup. Pup Cups are free at Starbucks, Dutch Bros and Bahama Bucks, all of theirs are larger and two add fun extras like sprinkles or dog bones. This cheap Sonic has the audacity to charge $1.09 for the tiniest dish of whipped cream. Whenever we are out on a ride, I will choose any of the other three drink stops over Sonic. The service has gotten sad as well. What a terrible experience."

We went to Sonic and got a misc charge because of "inflation "It 's not our fault yall got hit with inflation. 12 cents don 't account for 4 drinks.If you want to call it inflation add it to each separate item, not a separate charge with a vague name.It says on their website: "Due to rising prices, customers at certain Sonic locations in Lubbock might see a “Facilities Adjustment” charge of “2% on the retail price.”average costs for the restaurants went up 16%. This isn 't our fault and we won 't be visiting Sonic again, there 's other fast food businesses that don 't do this"

"I'm normal to Sonic. However, I was particularly impressed by a certain employee at my last visit! Lucia was as sweet as possible, and she had her hands full at that time. You were so busy and I know she might feel overwhelmed.... But you couldn't say it. She was friendly and made sure that our order was correct. We appreciated them. I called the manager to convince her and found she was a new employee! Kudos to her because it's so good!"
