"Quick and convenient, but the experience fell short due to misleading advertising. I went in expecting a delightful time, only to be let down. It was disappointing not to see them delivering food on roller skates like the commercials promised. Oh well."

"vivo serca de este lugar columbia Heights, la primera vez que ordene me gusto mucho los ice cream ? luego los shake ?, pero la comida no es mejor que otros lugares ,They are sometimes rude when taking the order at the driver truck, and they take a long time to deliver the order. It would also be better if they received a card, I don't carry cash with me and then our orders are for 6 people and not accepting bills larger than $20 is ridiculous"

"I would avoid this restaurant at all costs. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it came out pretty quickly. I took a bite and the texture was a bit off, kind of more chewy than a normal chicken sandwich so I investigated the chicken patty. It was a completely raw chicken patty that had spent enough time in the fryer for the outside to be warmed up a bit. I pushed the button on the menu and told the people inside, their response was basically would you like something different? No, I don 't want anything to eat at this point! I just ate raw chicken! I called the number on the receipt and spoke to a very nice Indian woman somewhere who was also disgusted with the situation and said that the situation would be given priority and to expect a call from the district manager who at this point is either dealing with several cases of this magnitude or just doesn 't see the issue as being the priority level that I do. So seeing that no one really cares if they give you food poisoning at this location, I would recommend that you either avoid it or at the very least check your food very thoroughly before eating it. May the odds be ever in your favor."
