"Very good Mexican and it is authentic. The corn tortillas are hand made and have a very authentic flavor. If you 've never had the pleasure of trying real mexican street food this is as close as you will get in Georgia. Having traveled many times through Mexico and always making a point of eating food from the street vendors I am thrilled to find great Mexican here. Muchas gracias!"

"The gorditas here are very tasty! Breakfast is all day! That was my favorite part. The green hot sauce is the best! The Coca-Cola tastes just like the Mexican Coca-Cola. This is our second time and we've loved it so far. Definitely plan on returning some time soon. The gorditas are so good for being so affordable. Don't just get the bean and cheese, but get the quesadilla with bean. That's way better since it's meltier."

"We were in Brevard for two nights and we loved Quixote so much that we ate dinner there both nights! Absolutely excellent service; they welcomed us like family. Notable servers were Sierra, Eduardo, Leo, and Wendell. Owner Victor walked us through the menu, recommending his favorite dishes. I love that they have American Tex Mex but also true Mexican cuisine (I've visited Mexico City and trust me, their food is way different than what we see in American Mexican restaurants Quixote is a great place to try authentic Mexican food! . Highly recommend the Osso Buco, Tamarindara (I had it with chicken and the poblano pepper spaghetti (it's like nothing I've ever tried before just amazing . And the margaritas and caipirhinas were fantastic! We will definitely return."

"Absolutely the worst Mexican food I've ever had! I even decided to give it a second chance to see if things had improved, but they definitely haven't. The food was overcooked, bland, and way overpriced. When I asked the server about the menu items, she proudly claimed they were family recipes. Unfortunately, it just goes to show that even cherished family recipes can come from a bad cook."

"This is one of my favorite spots for authentic Mexican cuisine. I just had to bring my mother and stepfather along to experience the impressive size of El Balcón. They were amazed by the genuine atmosphere and mentioned that the food was even better than anything they’ve had in Texas! They highly recommend this place for real Mexican quesadillas. The guacamole was fantastic, with the perfect level of spiciness, and we especially loved the pepino preparado—cucumber with fresh cream and shrimp. The service was excellent, and they always made sure to check on us!"

"Tried this place on the recommendation of locals. Went to the restaurant to order takeout. This place was packed. Had to circle around to find parking and waited about 15 minutes for my order. Ordered the red chile enchiladas with chicken. They provided a good helping of shredded chicken. The Red chile tastes fresh. Served with beans and rice, rice was a little bit heavy on cumin and would have liked a little bit larger portion of each. Would recommend this place."

"I use to love this place but not anymore. $22.00 for 4 tacos and a side of rice. I got charged an EXTRA $1.00 because I asked for well done tacos and the lady on the phone made it clear it was 25 cents extra for each taco to cook the meat longer which I never heard of in my life. I paid the extra $1.00 and got meat that barely was cooked. I will never give them another dime. They were so adamant about charging $1.00 more for my meat to be more cooked but didn’t care to do the job that I PAID for. My husband been in kitchens for 18 years and this is NOT well done. If you request more money for a cook to do his job that he’s already being paid for and can’t do it , time to get a new cook. To top it off there was so much tortilla but not enough meat. Definitely price gouging customers. Shameful greedy people"

"After placing our food order, it took another 20-25 minutes for our meals to be brought to us. Our server tried to keep us updated on the status of our order, but the wait was quite long from start to finish. When the food finally arrived, it was underwhelming. The only standout item was the grilled pineapple, which was flavorful. Unfortunately, no one in our group was impressed with their meals. While it wasn't the worst experience, it wasn't good enough for us to want to return."

"I ordered the combo, and honestly taste wise it was 10/10. The gorditas were delicious. The sauces werent hot to just be hot, they had a nice flavor and a nice kick to them. The sides came in the 6 oz cups, and the gorditas are nice hand held foods. The salsa/sauce that came with were half the containers, which I didnt mind. but I had gotten gorditas that already had sauce so if youre a saucy person, ask for extra. i got: 1x Combo de la Casa 1x Carne en Salsa Verde 1x Arroz 1x Asado de Puerco Def recommend to at least give it a try"

"I had a rather disappointing experience at this restaurant. First off, there was a strange rocking chair that seemed out of place. When our waiter brought us the soup, his demeanor was unprofessional and rude, which made me want to throw it back at him. It felt like he didn’t understand how to treat customers properly. It's important to remember that customers are what keep the business running. The waitstaff definitely needs more training in customer service. If you're not equipped to handle this role, it might be worth considering a change in job. Just a reminder: the tip you receive is a reflection of how well you treat your customers."
