"Would leave 0 stars if I could! Terrible experience here the other night! I am 26 years old and was here from Arizona visiting family, and they took me here. We walked in around midnight and were not carded at the door. We made our way to the upstairs bar where we ordered drinks and we were then carded. The male bartender who was missing a tooth was so dismissive and demeaning towards me. Arizona ID 's don 't expire until your 65 years old, so mine doesn 't expire until 2061, so they wouldn 't serve me and claimed my ID was fake! I asked for a manager and tried to explain that Arizona licenses are like that and I 'm not lying, I 'm damn near 30 years old. The bartender then takes my ID to a manager who I never saw, when I asked for a manager to actually come talk to me. He comes back and says my manager agrees with me in the rudest tone ever. I didn 't ask what your manager thought of it, I asked to speak with them. I then go downstairs and find a manager (not sure if it was the same one) who was also rude to me. Claimed that I needed to calm down when I was just talking with my hands while trying to explain the situation. He said we 're trying to help YOU, with your expired ID , I said MY ID ISNT EXPIRED IT DOESNT EXPIRE UNTIL 2061 . So he didn 't even know what he was talking about and had the nerve to pop off on me! I don 't need to be belittled by a manager so I just took my ID and left. Am I literally your first Arizona patron? Could none of you guys do a simple google search? Or maybe scan my ID? Or put it up to a light? Like maybe try and do your job?! It 's disappointing because I 'm not some underage kid trying to sneak into a bar, and like I said I 'm damn near 30 years old. None of you guys listened to me and had the worst effin attitudes, it was miserable. I can 't believe you conduct business like this. I called the next day and requested to speak with the owner just so you guys could get education for your staff that Arizona and possibly other states have different expiration dates! I was told I would get a call back in an hour and then never did. Posting this just so you guys know ARIZONA ID 'S DO NOT EXPIRE UNTIL YOU ARE 65 YEARS OF AGE. There is nothing I can do to control that, and you guys shouldn 't be so rude and on your high horse. I shouldn 't have to risk bringing a passport out to drink when I am literally 26 years old. If you like trendy places you still might like This place but the bad vibes aren 't worth it, In my opinion. Also, maybe have a bouncer doing ID checks at the door at a certain point if your so worried about your liquor license."
