"Belly's 23rd! After poor luck across the street, we came across this empty restaurant tucked away in Turtle Bay. After seeing a figure slowly retreat into the dark recesses of the establishment from the window, we decided to follow. The waiter was eager to have customers after a quiet day, and provided a story or two with great service. Some yappers walked in later and the venue was suddenly a bit more vibrant... Beare got the salmone and Belly got the braised short-rib, both paired spectacularly with the white wine. To celebrate Belly's big day, a complimentary panna cotta was served (yum)."
