"There isn't much I'll miss when I leave Florida in a couple of weeks, but I will truly miss this food. The lamb stroganoff is outstanding. The noodles were large and packed with flavor, while the lamb was incredibly tender with none of that gamey taste. The pork ragu with gnocchi was absolutely delicious; the gnocchi were incredibly soft and surprisingly large. The spicy watermelon salad sounded risky, but it turned out to be a delightful surprise. I also tried the pot roast, which was so tender I could eat it with a spoon. Often, the vegetables in pot roast are an afterthought, but these were beautifully roasted and seasoned, making a significant difference. Tonight, we sampled the steaks. I've never been a fan of filet mignon until tonight—it was so flavorful, almost sweet. I had the Demarco steak, and it was exceptional. Both were cooked to perfection. We shared the mushroom risotto, and it blew us away with its softness and the rich flavors of the mushrooms and shrimp. This is my second time having the bread pudding. I had it cold the first time and thought it was great. This time, heated, it just melted in my mouth. I can't emphasize enough how much we've enjoyed everything we've tried so far. This is a place where you must sample everything at least once—it’s just that good!"
