"I don’t normally write reviews but I’m highly upset. I’ve been a patron for over half a decade but the service this past Saturday, September 3rd was TERRIBLE. Our waitress was mean and cold. She gave my 1 1/2 year old a faulty high chair. The back was broken and when he turned inquisitively to see why it moved, it fell out the chair and so did he. I been going to Nile for years back when it was located in the old location. The food is delicious and love the falafel sandwich. The humus is no other. I hope to continue going for years to come. View menu

For a decade I’ve been recommending this place to everyone — but NEVER AGAIN. Tonight I received an order of chicken shawarma that was bland, covered in PICKLES?? and the sautéed veggies were disgusting. No salad. Oh, and the rice was no longer yellow, nor seasoned. Beyond disappointed by whatever reboot they’ve just put there menu through. I’ll never eat here again. I rarely give a business a bad review, but this atrocity of a meal warrants it. Wouldn’t eat it for free
