"Wasn 't happy. Usually my family and I eat here once in a while and we have no issues. I also know things happen which is out of our control however, with everything going on I would expect them to do a serious cleaning. I was wrong. When we were shown to our table my wife and I we had a booth and the chair was dirty with syrup, my wife asked could someone clean this up. She was given of course someone came over and quickly wiped the seat and was gone in a second. She barely cleaned and there was still syrup leftover I then proceeded to tell my wife it 's okay I will sit there instead I didn 't want raise a fuss so early. The waitress was fine and attentive super nice but the reason why we left because of the dirty silverware and cups we received before actually getting our food. Cups had visible spots and you can feel the grain on the cup and then finding food particles on our silverware. The reason why we noticed was because we asked for a cup of hot water to put our silverware in.. So our morning was ruined thanks to whoever was the dishwasher that day. I am not saying not to eat here to each is own but, if you do please check your stuff before drinking or eating. If someone is sick and the dishwasher isn 't cleaning the dishes good they are literally getting others sick. We could 've been just the unlucky ones but, still watch what your serving to people."

"We enjoyed a satisfying dinner featuring generous portions of turkey slices, mashed potatoes, and a garden salad. My husband opted for the pot roast, which was served with potatoes and vegetables. We arrived around 8 PM and were promptly greeted and seated. Our server was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The ambiance was what you would expect from a diner. The prices were quite reasonable, especially with the 55+ menu available. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, though not outstanding."

"Okay, so completely and totally biased that he's coming. this is my absolute favorite for the breakfast in the usa, simply love her pancakes, like my son and now his girlfriend on her first US visit. we had breakfast here at least 5 times in a 9-day stay. we also have the ihop near the stratosphere, better environment, but not as good for food and service like this. massive selection of food in the offer. my only handle, probably covid related, I didn't get the coffee pot here, so had to wait for my fillings. great staff, good start in the day. absolutely recommended."

"IHOP deserves zero stars after what we received tonight. We picked up dinner tonight and received burnt food. It is obvious that the cook saw the burnt food and did not care to remake it. It does not take long to remake this food, especially since it is soeasy and quick to make. Also, the hostess or whoever is in charge of putting to-go orders together also did not care becausethere is no way they did not see the burnt food while packaging it up. This is completely unacceptable from both people. Notonly could you tell it was burnt but it smelled and tasted like it. The omelet we ordered was supposed to have onions and greenpeppers but it was not added and the meat was very dry."

"Absolutely amazing exspences Tonight. I got a room for the night while in town and this IHOP is across the parking lot. They just opened indoor seating back up and I was the only one there. They were close to closin time and still welcomed me in. I ordered alot of food and usually this late you would over hear complaining coming from the staff not wanting to cook this late right at closing. Not here they were happy to see me as I was them. My food was so fresh and hot and the presentation was above and beyond. I am so happy I found this place."

"My friend is currently training to become a physician's assistant and is going through a particularly challenging rotation. A few days ago, I ordered her breakfast for delivery, and everything was fantastic—except her pancakes arrived without the cream cheese frosting. The next morning, she playfully called the restaurant to express her disappointment. To our surprise, the manager invited her to come in, where he generously gave her a container of the cream cheese frosting and even remade her entire meal for free! This level of customer service is remarkable, and because of this experience, IHOP has become my favorite restaurant in Albuquerque, just edging out Campo at Los Poblanos. Thank you, IHOP, for making both my friend and me so happy!"

"I had to wait to be seated even though there were only two other patrons in the restaurant. The tables were dirty and I had to eat on a dirty floor. I had to ask the waiter for menus, utensils, refills, and for the rest of our order. The service was slow and I had to constantly get the waiter's attention. There were children playing loudly and employees were also being loud, cuddling, and saying inappropriate things for a public place."

"We went out for dinner at this restaurant and found that there was only one waitress working. She seemed overwhelmed as she had to handle multiple tables on her own, while the manager and another person in the back were not offering any assistance. The waitress appeared to be a bit flustered as she was managing everything by herself. Unfortunately, our order got mixed up because she wasn't really listening, and we had to wait until we were finished to receive the coffee we had asked for. IHOP, you need to improve your service. If you're short-staffed, then the bus person should help out and the manager should lend a hand!"
