"I'm not typically a fan of chain restaurants, but this one was an exception. The place was extremely clean, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Our server was outstanding—if you visit the Camilla's location in New York, definitely ask for Ally (not sure about the spelling). She handled the busy restaurant well, staying calm, offering helpful suggestions, and maintaining a smile throughout our visit. The prices were reasonable for the meal we had. I ordered the ground steak with a parmesan crust, and it was delicious, while the salad was fresh. Overall, it was a fantastic experience."

"Shout out to the best manager I ever received service from! CLIFF, at the Enfield, CT location, has been so far one of the best on this field of business. This restaurant is always a place where you can enjoy a great atmosphere, service, and attention. Thanks to Damian, our waiter yesterday, for his service. After sharing with Cliff my last experience at the restaurant located near Jacksonville airport, he went above and beyond by giving me a discount. He possibly felt sorry for that unpleasant experience in Florida, which had nothing to do with this other location. I definitely recommend this restaurant. "This is the first time I've been to a longhorn steakhouse since I've moved to Georgia. I was quite surprised of how good they were, despite hearing rumors that they weren't that great. I thought the drinks were very good, the service was excellent and the restaurant itself was quite clean (with Covid standards in practice. We sat at the bar and our waiter/bartender was very professional and very attentive, he also wore his mask at all times. The French onion soup was very, very good, but I've never been disappointed with Longhorn steakhouse's French onion soup. The only thing I could say could've been better would be the strawberry pecan grilled chicken salad. The chicken was a little on the dry side and there was no salad dressing, So I had to ask for more (very minor disappointment, but still a 4 star!! The complementary bread was very good and fresh!! Warm and straight out of the oven, so that is a big plus!! I recommend this location it is quite delicious we will be back!!!"

"I 've been to a couple longhorns, maybe it was something in the air but the food was exceptional. seemed quite a bit better than previous visits and I 've never had any issues with longhorn. the cheesecake is amazing but something about the texture wasn 't as cloud like and mousse as usual but still very good. my server as actually an old coworker of mine and was a very good experience. even almost an hour to close the food and service was amazing. after a long day at work it was definitely worth the few extra bucks to eat out.Parking: in a strip center so on a busy day I 'm sure it 's more difficult but there 's plenty of space in the surrounding area if you 're up for a short walkKid-friendliness: definitely a restaurant you can take kids too, there is a nice bar for the adults too"

"It was our first time back at the restaurant since the Covid pandemic, and we were craving steak. We were also looking for a place with a pleasant atmosphere. We each ordered a sirloin steak with two sides—my partner chose a baked potato, while I opted for a sweet potato with just butter, and we both had a salad. The greens in the salad were fresh, cold, and offered a nice variety. The restaurant wasn't overly crowded, but there were enough people to create a lively dinner vibe. Our server, Gregory, was polite and efficient, and our food arrived quickly, prepared exactly as we requested. I particularly enjoyed their honey wheat bread served as a loaf—it was delicious. The restaurant was adhering to Covid-19 protocols; the servers wore masks, and I noticed they used Ecolab cleaning products on the tables. "my son and I enjoyed our lunch in the longhorn steakhouse. we had no problems finding a place to park. they were not busy when we arrived, so we sat down and served quickly. we really enjoyed our chicken bite attizer that had a great sauce. it could have been a meal itself. we cooked great steaks to order. my kartoffels were beautiful and my son enjoyed his mac and cheese side. we did not order in the midday menu, so that the overcosts are slightly higher than I normally want to pay for lunch. the quality and serve ensures the visit of the cost."

"I just want to say tonight we ran into an issue at longhorn! I prefer not to state the issue online however I do want to say that they handle it amazingly! The not only took care of the plate that had the issue they completely took care of your whole bill! They went above and beyond what was expected! "Longhorn is my favorite fast food steak house. Not that it 's fast food, but it 's quicker and cheaper than some of the higher end places. The steaks are ALWAYS good. Great place if you don 't want to spend an arm and a leg, aren 't looking for a lot of ambiance but want a decent steak."

"longhorn is another one of these chain restaurants that breaks the shape and makes the dinge right. we usually eat local landlords, but when we eat chains, places like longhorn are where we go. the service tonight was great, even a bigger group. due to the COVID protocols, they had to divide us into two tables, which was perfect. both tables were served quickly, the food came out right and in time. my personal favorite is the parmesan-bruised chicken, which is always delicate, juicy and tasteful. it is also difficult to go wrong with the laugh or a steak. Although we try not to make it a habit to frequent chain restaurants, it is safe to say we will definitely be back."

"I was just there several days ago and this will be my last time. Longhorn used to be my favorite place to get a great steak. Now? Horrible. I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye medium well and received it medium rare. I sent it back to be cooked more. When I got it back it was not just well-done but had a huge piece of bone taking up 35-45% of the steak. My waitress apologized and got the manager. The manager said the cuts of meat they have been getting have had more bone in them than normal I explained a ribeye steak does not have bone here, that this was obviously another cut of meat (as you can see from the video). She asked what I wanted and I said an edible steak- they steak that was brought back was so well done it couldn 't be sawed through. I told her well it can 't be uncooked, it 's like a hockey puck she said let me know and walked off. I DO NOT want a wrong-cut, wrong-cooked $34 steak! Longhorn I don 't know what is going on but my last two visits, the decline in meat quality is obvious. You will lose more patrons if this continues"

"My husband wanted to go to an upper end steakhouse tonight. Fortunately, they were all booked and we end up here! It was busy, yet our waitress was very attentive, made sure we were taken care of and were satisfied with our food. "I came from out of town to see my friend and celebrate her birthday. She has been telling me about the parmesan crusted steak, so we decided to go to LongHorn in Monroe, LA. Unfortunately, this is the absolute hands down worst experience I have had in a long time. First, when we finally got our bread, by the time we got a knife that we asked for 4 times, the bread was no longer fresh out of the oven , 2nd, our waitress lost our order and 20 minutes later, we had to repeat our order, when it finally arrived, my steak had no parmesan crust, the potato had so much salt on it, we couldn 't even eat it. When they brought my steak back WITH the parmesan crust, we were so disappointed and frustrated that we asked for to go boxes, and the steak was the only thing that didn 't get thrown away. $88 later, and I won 't EVER be going to this location again. Sorry, LongHorn but DO BETTER! I think we should 've at least gotten an apology from the manager or a discount or SOMETHING!"

"Why is it that the LongHorns directly around me are not as good as the ones further away? We came down from Jacksonville to St. Augustine to visit and decided to stop in as it was nearby and we were in the mood for steak and ribs. Our server Maddy took very good care of us and even complimented my Apple watch bumper. She suggested the Perfect Margarita 100% blue agave el Jimador Tequila, Patrón Citrónge, and all-natural sweet sour) over the Texas one as it was just a house marg, nothing to write home about. Yeah, she upsold me but it was worth it. It looked so good when she dropped it off at the table and it came out with its own shaker. By the end of the meal I was able to get 2 and 3/4 drinks out of it. He got the Peach Sangria and then tried the Blazin Berry Sangria, to which he preferred the latter. The White Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms roasted mushrooms, garlic herb cheese, Parmesan crust, creamy four cheese sauce) and the Firecracker Chicken Wraps Spicy grilled chicken and cheese tortillas) were so delicious! They both came out on long serving dishes and we had a small booth so we had to move some things around to make room. He ordered a 12oz Ribeye, medium well, with a side salad with raspberry vinagrette and mashed potatoes. I got the Half Rack of Ribs with broccoli and a side salad with raspberry vinagrette. When his entree came out, it looked divine, juicy, seasoned appropriately, and not so fatty. Cutting into it, we saw that it was cooked medium, which was fine because after a bite we were blown away. That steak was 100 times better than the one we had the week before. My ribs were cooked perfectly and the meat slid right off the bones. I'm glad they provided wet wipes because it was very messy. We were full as ticks and needed to walk off our food. Very happy that we had such a satisfying meal here."

"No masks worn by most of staff and none worn by customers. They brought out a small warm wheat loaf with our drinks. Our appetizer of mushrooms with cheese was hot and delicious. We ordered a children's grilled chicken n Mac n cheese from a box. Chicken was very dry. I ordered a peppered steak salad, but you have to ask for dressing on the side or they'll drown it. There were very few pieces of steak, perfectly cooked though. I ordered a side tortilla soup and it had lots of cumin, no cheese, and no avocado. It's a light meal if you're not very hungry. My daughter ordered a salad drowned in Ranch, a medium ribeye, that was very charred on the outside but because she was so hungry and our waitress couldn't be found, she ate half. She also had a baked potato. We've been here about five time, but today's meal was not up to par and there wasn't a lot of customers at the time, 1:00, for them to rush our order. The waitress said she'd tell her manager about the steak, but we never heard from them. Enjoy the relaxing water fountain before you enter, or afterwards."

"This is a nice spot for a respectable steak. I ordered the Flo’s Filet with a 4oz lobster tail. The steak was decent; it was a bit tough to cut but became tender once you took a bite. It was seasoned lightly and had a nice crust. While this isn’t a top-tier steakhouse, considering the price, it was a satisfactory steak. The lobster tail was also somewhat tough, even with the butter. I was surprised that garlic butter wasn’t an option, but that's beside the point. The service was outstanding, and our waitress was fantastic. The Perfect Margarita was delightful as well. All in all, it was a good experience. I recommend giving this place a try."
