Unfortunately, I've been planning an order for three days with my kids, and my entire ice cream delivery was missing, along with a waffle bowl. The coordination between Uber Eats and the service from Cold Stone is just disappointing. I spent $60, and Uber only credited me $14, plus an additional $10 after I spoke with someone. I'm recovering from COVID and don’t feel like going out, so if I paid for a service to be delivered, why didn’t it happen? I want to advise everyone, and to the young lady at Cold Stone, please work on your customer service skills; the responses I received were unacceptable. By the way, she also mentioned that they don’t have a supervisor, which is surprising considering that many reviews commend the supervisors!"
