"I ordered a chicken strip basket for lunch on 8/15/23 when I got the basket the chicken was burnt the fries were cold and over salted I went in to talk to the manager Kayla she told me the chicken was fine and I went to get a refund and she told me she didn't know how to do that I paid with a card. The building was filthy like it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. I believe the manager was stoned she smelt heavily of pot not the first time I have went in there and she smelt that way. "Black chunks in my root beer 5/1/2022 12:15 pm I asked if was mold they told me no it's normal when they change there pop has happened before cashier agreed they don't clean em enough that's why it probably had black chunks but she assured me it was notmold either way it's bacteria built up in fountain pop machine she told me she would take care of it she flushed it out withsome root beer and went back to work definitely don't recommend this place just a bunch of kids working here had no clue what todo when I brought my chunky soda up to the counter"

"I love Dairy Queen, so I’ve been to a lot, and I have to say this location is by far the worst (and unfortunately it’s the closest to where I live). The blizzards hardly get anything mixed in; most bites are just straight ice cream. Cones always look a little small and sad. Lobby has been closed for years now so you can’t even go inside. Do not recommend stopping if you’re passing through. If you’re in the mood for Dairy Queen, check your route and find another one on your way!"

"Staff always friendly and ice cream always good. But TWICE in the past few weeks, we got there 30-45 minutes before it said they were closed online. Workers were inside cleaning but either regularly decide to close early or posted hours are inaccurate and don't get updated. I was about to drive out there again tonight, but decided to call first just in case. Im glad i did. It rang and rang and nobody answered, so I'm assuming they closed before posted hours again and I'll be looking to find a new go-to spot. Bummer."

"The service was slow and the food was disappointing. I ordered chicken bites and a chili cheese dog. The chicken bites seemed like they had been deep-fried a while ago; the batter was soft and greasy, and one piece was so tough it felt like chewing on gristle. Meanwhile, the chili cheese dog was lukewarm and served on a cold bun. It tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. The only redeeming aspect of the dog was the mustard and ketchup."

"Best kept secret, and I’m going to spill it here. “Mystery bag!” Any errors that or treats that are made during training (which aren’t eaten by the staff) get put into the freezer and sold as mystery bags, where for $6 you get 3-4 random items. It’s a cheap and fun way to try new things on the menu, and you never know what you’ll get. Probably not recommended if you have any kind of food allergies though. As for the Dairy Queen as a whole, the staff is always very friendly and they genuinely look like they’re having fun at work. The place is clean, plenty of parking, and easy to find."

"Went to Dairy Queen tonight 04-01-2024 at the Dobson location 2359 Zephyr road, and ordered the $7 chicken basket, the flame thrower burger single combo, a nutter butter shake and a cookie dough chocolate chip blizzard. The chicken was cold, the fries was cold the toast was missing as well as my condiments the chicken box came with a sundae as to which I didn’t get, instead of the single like I asked for it was upgraded to a double (didn’t catch that until I was home) and when I went back to Dairy Queen I let them know I was missing the sundae as to which the cashier said “give me a minute and I’ll have that right out” I said no problem things happen. He literally walked around the corner and got the sundae that had been made prior and handed it to me out of the window instead of making a fresh one. Needless to say I won’t be returning to this location and they need to get their stuff together."

"As a customer for at least 3 years, i have to say foods/bebrages/DQ Cake's/icecream/deserts are sometimes hit or miss, but i enjoyed it for dine-in but temperature from indoors needed sometimes room-like feel and also; the food is Great/Meh.. drinksneeds an update depending on the filter water if its low or needs a new tank, deserts are okay but a treat if you know whatyou're choosing from various of items. DQ Cakes are fine but it needs time to cool off but soften since its been inside thefreezers. all in all, i enjoyed it plenty of time, okay services but quality of items needs somewhat updates if nessary."
