"The lady who answers the phone is so rude and disrespectful. She claimed to be the owner when I asked to speak with one. She yelled at me when I was trying to simply change delivery addresses as the address they have on file is incorrect. She called me an “Idiota” which is ‘Idiot’ in her native language. She also was laughing when I told her Iam leaving a review and told me to do it. She was having multiple conversations on the phone while I was simply tryin to change the incorrect address. The experience was nerve wrecking. She told me to go to hell and she refused to to take my order, I have never experienced that before. When I called back to try to order she rudely yelled at me and hung up. I called back again and demanded to speak to her manager and she rudely told me to call another restaurant and insisted she was the owner. Worse customer service ever. This place needs a whole new staff. I will NEVERRRRR ORDER FROM HERE!"

"I hate to have to leave a bad review for a small business, but this place does NOT appreciate some of its patrons. My business partner has been working on a project a few blocks away from this deli for the past couple of weeks and has been going there about twice a day to get lunch and snacks. He uses the restroom while he is there, but ALWAYS buys either lunch or chips and a drink. Today he went in slightly after 2 and the daughter of the owner said they were getting ready to close and he asked if he could buy some chips and use the bathroom really quick and she said sure and within a minute, the mother, who I assume is Sue, comes banging on the bathroom door yelling at him saying he uses the bathroom too much. He said he always buys stuff every single time and she said she did not care. She said if he wasn't buying a full service lunch he could not use the bathroom, that spending $3 $5 in snacks was not enough to be given bathroom usage. I am sorry, but this is NOT how you treat someone that is not causing you any issues and is constantly purchasing from your establishment!"

"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered 50 wings, but I did not receive the bread or fries that are usually included at other similar establishments. The chicken still had feathers on them and tasted terrible. I am extremely disappointed with my order and will never order from this place again. Overall food rating: 2 out of 5."

"I have been coming to this location since I moved to the neighborhood in 1993. It was known as Más Que Pan back then, but despite the name change I have rarely been disappointed by the items I get here all the time: Ham cheese is usually warm and yummy, and today was no exception. Coffee is usually robust and flavorful, and the rainbow cookies a delightful treat, but I have had some stale ones in the past. So, if I have been coming here for almost 30 years and proclaim to enjoy the food, why the low rating? One reason: Roaches. There were 2 roaches roaming in the pastry display. I did take photos and video, but choose not to post publicly. I am hoping management sees this review and quickly handles this matter because I want to be able to return to my old neighborhood sandwich/cookie/coffee spot one day, but not until that matter has been rectified, and I can add at least 2 more stars to this review. If anyone wishes to see the videos and/or pics to confirm, DM me."

I can always count on them not to disappoint. The donuts are freshly made every day—simple yet delicious.
