"I’ll admit, I felt a bit anxious when I arrived at this location since I wasn’t familiar with the area and had no idea what to expect. However, my concerns were quickly put to rest when I walked in and one of the staff members said, “I see that look in your eyes.” I felt immediately welcomed, and the staff quickly got to work on my order. I was impressed by their kindness and how swiftly I received my food. Once I got home, I was very pleased with the quality of the wings. The sauce had just the right amount of heat and tasted fantastic. Overall, I’m very impressed with this little chicken joint and will definitely consider coming back when I’m in the area again."

"In my opinion, they consistently maintain a solid 'B' rating, but they've dropped from an 'A-'. I've noticed more errors in my orders lately, though they are usually willing to fix them without issue. It can be a hassle to return to the store at times. It seems that when there are too many younger employees, the overall quality tends to decline."

"Snuggled on the backroads of Berkeley Heights, NJ is Pastrami House. Travel to this location and some of it's views were indeed an awesome excursion. Ordered: Large Pastrami on Rye with Russian Dressing, Mustard, Side of Cole Slaw and a Pickel. Of course I couldn't help but top my sandwich with the Cole Slaw which totally made it even more awesome! The meat was a substantial stack, yet very tender and edible with little excess fat. The bread was soft. Overall this large style is a medium sized sandwich and just enough to be filling without having to take any partition home. The environment was quiet and cool and the staff was very friendly when taking the order. We ate indoors although there is an outdoor seating option. The restaurant was clean and tables included app ordering via QR code from the table. I would recommend Patrasmi House although our onion rings were forgotten, the sandwich was more than enough that the rings were an afterthought"

"I went to Dairy Queen tonight to get my mother's favorite cone, a Cherry dip in a cup. Before I placed my order, there was a rude customer in the drive-thru, but Matthew handled the situation brilliantly. He came over, apologized for the incident, quickly took my order, and handed me my cup. I'm not sure if he's a manager, but he showed great respect and knowledge in how to treat people. I enjoy going to Dairy Queen, especially during the summer, and it's employees like Matthew that keep me coming back. It's clear that there are good, hard-working people at this location who truly care about providing excellent service. As you get older, you can tell when a business is worth supporting, and this Dairy Queen definitely is. I highly recommend it!"

"It really upsets me to have to write this review. Ive grown up with Moonlight since I was 12 years old, Im 51 now, and it was always one of my favorite places. I paid $65 for this order. My moms cod...no complaints. My jumbo delux cheeseburger had wilted lettuce and the bread was soggy. The fried pickles were deep fried to the point I thought I was going to break some teeth!! I only received 1 side of ranch when I should have received 2. The 2 milkshakes we ordered were delicious but I think its ridiculous that you have to pay extra for whip cream and a cherry."

"I used to frequent this restaurant, but I no longer do so because their food is delicious and I prefer to enjoy it fresh and hot, which means dining in. I live 30 miles away and used to make this place a regular stop, but not anymore. I do not want to eat in my car, especially in the cold weather. Once they reopen for indoor seating, I will return."

"This is a really good spot for a great burger. I got the Lounge Burger with white cheddar, the way they make it and with grilled onions. My wife got the Free-range Turkey Burger the same way. We split a 1/2 and 1/2 side and split a side salad. All very good and the staff was better than most traditional sit-down style restaurants. They refilled our drinks promptly and cleared the table as we finished, unlike other places. Please be sure to tip them at the register when you order because they although you order at the counter and seat yourself, they are a full wait staff and should be tipped. They deserve it. All around awesome experience!"

"Chili Cheese Fries are more if a Chili Soup. So much water in the Chili it's barely flavored and the fries are swimming in it. Western Bacon Cheese buns burnt on the inside and they try to cover it with so much BBQ sauce that the burger is extremely soggy and the meat is falling apart. it's more if a mush than a paddy. We've ordered from here before and it was just ok. decided to try again, won't make that mistake again."

"Wings are good but some of the front cashiers could use a little training on speech and customer service. Couldn?t really understand the tall African American female possibly teenager with long braids,long eyelashes and scarf on her head. She talked really fast and was not welcoming at all. As soon as I entered store,she says in a quick flat tone ?Picking up?? a simple greeting such as ?Welcome? or ?How are you?? would?ve been more appropriate. She doesn?t even make eye contact with customers, just repeats statements over and over because she doesn?t want to open her mouth all the way to talk. You can definitely tell she doesn?t enjoy her job at all. Please hire employees who are somewhat cheery and are easy to understand. Just because this place serves hot wings doesn?t mean it has to be GHETTO."

"The restaurant is quick and friendly, but the dishes are heavily sauced. I enjoy the flavors, but I do not want to end up making a mess while trying to eat or enjoy my meal because of the excessive sauce. I prefer not to have my sandwich dripping with sauce on the bread. The wings were covered in a thick layer of sauce, which I found overwhelming. Next time, I may ask for them extra crispy with the sauce on the side. I will remember to request less sauce with my order next time. Overall, I believe this restaurant is quite popular. I recommend trying the buffalo flowers, they are delicious! Cheers!"

"Omg I can’t believe Crossroads doesn’t have a solid 5 star rating?!?!?! <br/ <br/ I worked for Jeff at his other restaurant...he ABSOLUTELY DEMANDED fresh, quality food and you better give the best service possible...he was a great boss and not a bad guy either <br/ <br/ He was always there during busier hours to make sure everything was perfect. He made sure everything and everyone was clean...the food was top quality selections...I overheard him many times placing the order for food and he wanted the best grades of everything from their unmatched potato soup to the breaded catfish...<br/ <br/ Crossroads Wings can not be beat...you know how wings can have that fatty taste? I never bit into that taste once and trust me I had a million wings lol...<br/ <br/ You can ALWAYS depend on the best service and food...if not...ask for Jeff or Ted...they will certainly fix it right...<br/ <br/ Thats why people drive for hours to grab the excellent food....from fries to desserts... I don’t think you’ll be dissatisfied"
