"During my last two or three visits, I found the restaurant closed early on two occasions: once at 9:50 a.m. and again at 8 a.m. due to the weather, even though there was hardly any snow. It’s really frustrating to plan a visit only to find out they’re not open. Additionally, in my review from last year, I mentioned some issues with the food. Having worked as a shift manager at Charley in the 90s, I often noticed that the steak was inconsistent, often either under-seasoned or overcooked. On a positive note, I really enjoy the new mac and cheese, which has become my go-to order."
