"When I walked in, I saw the manager casually chatting with a friend, his foot resting on a chair. There were only three employees working: one at the drive-thru, one preparing the food, and one serving it. There was no one at the register to help customers. Despite the chaos, the manager didn't do anything to rectify the situation; he just continued his conversation and ignored me. I waited around five minutes at the counter before anyone even acknowledged my presence.
Once I finally got home and started eating, I was further disappointed. The chicken pieces were small, and some parts of the chicken breast were still pink and undercooked. The rice was extremely dry, and half of the sweet plantains were overcooked while the other half were undercooked. Overall, the food was terrible, and the lack of service and staff was equally frustrating. I won’t be returning to this place ever again."
