Pollo Tropical - Menu

The sweet plantains were burned and the chicken was extra well done. Also none of the sauces came. The white rice and black beans were good.

I ordered the trio for pick up which was supposed to include chicken, ribs, and sausage. However, when I got home, I discovered that the sausage was missing from my meal. I tried calling Pollo repeatedly, but no one answered. This is dishonest and unacceptable.

I tried Pollo Tropical for the first time and the food was delicious. However, like many other reviewers have mentioned, the accuracy of the orders was disappointing. I have been dining at Pollo Tropical for several years now. While in the past I always ordered their regular dishes, I recently noticed they had added some vegan options to their menu. I tried their vegan picadillo, made with Beyond Meat, plantains, and black beans, and it was amazing! Their vegan bowl also looked really appetizing. The Yuca Fries are a must-try, and their vegan sauces are delicious!

They don't give you what they offer I used to like their food, the last two times it was disappointing. Today I returned after 6 months hoping that it has improved but it hasn't. The original family meal offers a whole chicken, but you get 8 very small pieces, the rice is atleast for 3 people, and the beans were quite overcooked or they gave us leftovers. In addition to very dirty tables and bathrooms without hand towels.

Very busy lunchtime. The kitchen crew are awesome, open kitchen in plain view, everybody worked in unison, very smooth, handling a huge amount of orders, drive through and dine in, you have to wait a little bit, about 10 minutes, it's okay every thing was on point,,, I had the shrimp and vegetable bowl, it was pretty good , corporate should change it up a little... the menu has a good variety, more healthy, good size proportions, very reasonable pricing, it was good but just missing a five ???? star .... It is recommended to dine inside the restaurant where you can watch your food being prepared. The customer service at this establishment is very poor, especially when a certain individual is working. In the drive-thru, she is rude and careless when preparing orders. Despite complaining to the managers, it seems that improving the customer service is not a priority. The food is sometimes decent, but the overall experience is not great. I have had to ask for refunds twice, including today. On one occasion, I was served a terrible slice of key lime pie. I do not recommend it. I suggest going to Chipotle, which is located in the plaza next door. They offer better quality, consistency, and servic...

I ordered a family meal with a couple extra items. I order and they have me park, whatever I get it?s not a big deal. Someone brings it out and its missing several items, again things happen whatever. I then get out and try to grab someone to just get the items and they don't open the door despite the person seeing me who literally just brought out my order and a young man rudely waves me off multiple times. I get in the line behind cars and wait, Ive now been here over half an hour. I wait through the line and get my food of which they give me smaller sizes than I paid for but at this point it would be another half hour at the rate theyre working so I leave. $38 and over half an hour later...

How can you mess up a whole order and it is printed on a piece of paper??? My husband and I came all the way from Orlando to have a nice weekend in Sanford. We both love Pollo Tropical. Your location lacks in customer service. I spent $47.13 in 2 people. My husband ordered dark meat, he got mixed. Not a big deal. I ordered a 4 Leches and when my husband arrived to the car when I opened the bag and found out it wasn't there. The funny thing is when he went inside to pick up our online order he asked: Do we have utensils and napkins??
