"I ordered a pica pollo, but the chicken arrived coated in raw batter, making it completely uneatable. It was served with plantains and French fries; unfortunately, the plantains were old, tough, and dark—just unappetizing. When I called to express my concerns, they claimed it was the first complaint they had received. I was assured I would receive a refund, but I have yet to get my $22 back. I'm extremely frustrated; how can they serve such low-quality food? I called again, but the woman on the line rudely hung up on me."
