"I ordered a pica pollo, but the chicken arrived coated in raw batter, making it completely uneatable. It was served with plantains and French fries; unfortunately, the plantains were old, tough, and dark—just unappetizing. When I called to express my concerns, they claimed it was the first complaint they had received. I was assured I would receive a refund, but I have yet to get my $22 back. I'm extremely frustrated; how can they serve such low-quality food? I called again, but the woman on the line rudely hung up on me."

It also came with platano and French fries the platano were so old hard and dark it was totally disgusting. When I called to tell them they told me it was thefirst time anyone has ever complained then I was told I would be getting my money back and I still have not received my 22$ backand yes I want my money back how dare they serve that to someone.
