"I recently moved to Houston and began eating at Pappas. I tried it a few times, but the service quickly was not the same each time after. A lot of fat meat on my potato. The last time I went there was March 14. The loaded brisket potato had no actual meat but a few nuggets of fat meat on there. The cheese was not melted as usual. The extras were thrown into the tray.I took the food back inside after examining for a refund because I was tired of them messing over my order. The manager on duty pretended to issue a refund of the $19.43. It has been well over the days for the refund to be issued to me. Another manager offered a $30 gift card, but I do not want the gift card because I never want to eat there again.I am waiting for the guest services to return my call to issue my refund properly.Update: I was directed to Guest Services after calling corporate. My issue was handled promptly and properly which is rare, and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. I am changing my review from 1 start to 3 for that reason."
