"Well what a crappy experience!... Food- not great, but I will give them a 2 for value. $25 for an 18oz ribeye is a great deal. It wasn 't cooked the way I asked, and it was just a steak. Nothing more to say about it. The chizlins were large chunks of steak bites in a bourbon glaze. The outside was cooked, but the inside was still raw. Not rare, but raw! I 've been eating steaks for a long time, and I almost always get rare, so I know the difference between rare and uncooked. Now the service is where this place really plummeted. Nobody was anywhere around, no bartender, now waiter, nobody. Finally we walk around long enough to find someone, and she was CLEARLY put out with us for just being there. I have no idea what her problem was, but she was basically nasty to us. We are driving through and it was already an hour before most restaurants shut down, so we decided to stick it out. The waitress/bartender made it very clear they closed in an hour. Our entire meal she wasn 't around except to take our order, give us our food, and get us our check. After she gave me the check, now she decided to stick around. I felt like she kept looking at us, as to hurry us up to finish and pay... What a Crappy experience. We were the only 2 people there besides another table of 3, and I now understand why. The food is blah, and the service is terrible. However, you can get a huge cheap steak if you want. Oh and their only sides were fries or a baked potato. Then my plate comes out with steamed veggies. I guess she found some veggies in a bag and through them on the plate. I did t even ask for them, because she said they only had fries or a baked potato. Anyway, I can guarantee I will never come back to this place, which is sad, because with the right staff, it could probably be a cool place."
