"I recently visited The Diner, a 1950’s themed restaurant, and had a mixed experience. While the service was good and our waitress was nice and kind, the overall experience was pretty poor. The food was just okay—nothing special and certainly not worth returning for. However, the biggest issue was the cleanliness. It felt like the place hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned since the 1950s, which was quite off-putting. All the seats had duct tape to “repair” the vinyl benches. The salt and pepper shakers were clearly never cleaned. The bathrooms were so disgusting that I didn’t even want to wash my hands. There were mounds of dust build up on the vents and ceilings. Just think, that is what is blowing around while you eat and they prepare your food. Cleanliness should be a priority above all for any restaurant! Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back and can’t recommend this place to others based on my experience."

"if I gave it less than 1 star. I waited for 45 minutes to visit, and even then I had to ask someone if I was a ghost, because apparently the waiter at each one table around me, except me. when I finally got the confirmation that I was not in the mood, I was taken in the ground the “sucks to be them” attitude. do not go here if they actually want to eat or drink. also the sound system sucks on there. I visited a radio remote control and the radio hosts can hardly hear."

"This was my 2nd time visiting. Last time I visited on a weekend and reserved a table by calling them. This time I visited for dinner on a weekday without calling and they said the wait would be about 30 mins. More than half the tables were empty and they weren’t willing to use those for anyone. The waitress was totally not in a mood and was just serving us for the sake of it. I don’t know if it was just that lady or everyone else, but I did not have a good experience because of that. The stars I gave are just for food. Its great. I love their fajitas and the desserts. To conclude- please call in advance to reserve a table. The wait will always be more than 15-20 mins."

"Third time I have been there. Cocktails are good but NO GARNISHES??? and I asked for a cocktail and they were out of the juice needed when grocery stores are everywhere and it was the beginning of the night. We booked a reservation for and were super excited to finally have a dinner...since the last times the kitchen was already closed at We booked at and were told after given full menus and ordering a charcuteire board that they are unable to prepare any grilled or fried items...SO that was pretty much the entire menu. So we made reservations at Elm and Magnolia while finishing our drinks and headed over there for a wonderful dinner experience and awesome live music. Prohibition time to step up your game, I know you potential is there!"

"I suggested Cin Cin to some friends who had never tried it, saying that the food was delicious, service good and fair prices. Then we went. We went on a Wednesday night and it was not busy. However, we waited over 20 minutes for our first round of drinks. When ordering, the waitress started talking to someone passing by, completely ignoring the person who was trying to order. We waited 15 minutes for some bread that one of us wanted to go with our salad. Then another 15 minutes for a second beer. The food was fine. But I ultimately had to apologize to the other couple for having suggested the restaurant. I'm not recommending it again. Service was truly terrible and there are no excuses it was not a busy night."

"I want to give everything credit where credit is due. Our server, Sammi, was excellent. As a previous server, I notice the characters she does well in her job. She took our full order at the beginning and managed to check the appetizers before the meal when it did not come immediately, she went to go to check it. Before we go, we asked for a togo box, they gave me a box, but also a container of salsa, container for the queen, and even a spoon to put it there. She expected my needs and did things without asking. Kudos to the host and kitchen to welcome us in 45 minutes before closing (as I know this is something restaurant worker and is often met with bad service and guilt feelings are eliminated. only complaint is that both the chips and onion leaves were punctual, but given the time, it is understandable. Very clean and well furnished. Best chili? I've been there before!"

"Not a very good experience. Went in for a quick bite, 2 burgers, 2 drinks. the first burger came out pretty fast, about 10 min after we ordered. We still didnt have silverware, after mentioning this to the server, he went away to go get some, after a few more minutes, I got up and got some from the check in staff. The second burger came out after another 15 -20 min, fries were hardly cooked, pale and soft. no refill on water, second beer never made it, regular coke got refilled with diet. Overall pretty bad experience, we did alert management when we left, who told us they would get back to us, to this day, that still hasn 't happened."

If you’re looking for a relaxing experience without any drama, THE SILVER DOLLAR IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! Even long-time locals are aware of this. From now on, I will choose to dine elsewhere because Silver Dollar clearly does not value its patrons and has shown a troubling level of racism in their conversations about anyone who isn’t white. If you’re looking for a scene where the bartender might even pour your drink on you while patrons interfere, then this is your spot. Otherwise, I recommend steering clear of Shanna, Robin, Tina, and Terry. They engage in unfair practices, so stay vigilant!"

"This restaurant is extremely disorganized! They don't have consistent hours and open and close whenever they feel like it. I've never been able to reach them by phone to ask about their hours. I have no idea who runs this place or what's going on, but it has gone from being an average family restaurant to a real disappointment. There's a lack of updates and maintenance, both inside and out, which is very apparent. There's not much positive to say about this place anymore. I really don’t understand how they’re still in business; perhaps this is why they have such erratic hours. I definitely suggest looking elsewhere for dining options."

"The Arrowhead (Glendale) Black Angus is the best I went to different places in the 30 plus years. The service is always excellent and the filets are so tender. The Teriyaki sauce is also a good supplement on the page. We always enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the Arrowhead location from the servers and managers that are always great. You have a good thing to go for them so if you are looking for a good quality steak, excellent appetizers, and friendly welcome service this is the place. I recommend to the Wagon Wheel that we get it almost every time. The chocolate wing cake is also great."

"My wife and I were anxious to try this place so we made reservations for our anniversary. The moment we were seated I asked the waiter to please clean our table as it had something on it. He informed me that he just wiped it down. I pointed out several oil spots which he ignored. I ended up cleaning it myself with germ gel. When it came time to order the steak I wanted was on a limited menu; however, the waiter assured me that I could order it only to find out I couldn't. They push alcohol very hard. I have no idea if the drinks are good or not. I will say the food is marginal at best. I ordered scallops, which I love, I did not finish them. The highlight of my meal was rice. I suspect everything tastes better if you drink enough alcohol. I certainly will not go back nor recommended it. The service was abysmal followed by lackluster food."

"The customer service was outstanding! The staff worked together seamlessly, checking in on tables to make sure everyone had enough drinks, condiments, and more. The food was incredible. "I believe some other Black Angus locations may offer a superior experience, and I encourage you to do your research for the best outcome if you're looking for something truly worthwhile. That said, the attentive service and overall quality of the dishes here were very commendable and certainly worthy of a return visit. The prime rib was excellent, and the tips were also very good, as were the Au gratin potatoes, though they were a bit on the thick side. The green beans with bacon exceeded expectations, and the sautéed mushrooms with onions and tri tips, paired with a baked potato, were prepared and presented just as requested. Unfortunately, the dessert—peach cobbler—fell short of expectations. Regardless of being a chain, this particular location is one we keep returning to because they remain consistent and strive to please their customers. Looking forward to seeing you again, Angus! "My husband and I visited Miami for a short two-night getaway and made a reservation at this wonderful restaurant. The service was outstanding, and the food was incredible! I ordered the Bife de chorizo (NY Strip), while my husband chose the ojo de bife (ribeye). Both steaks were cooked to perfection, and the brandy mushroom sauce was absolutely delicious! For dessert, we shared the dulce de leche molten cake paired with banana split ice cream, and it was simply divine! The meal brought back memories of our trip to Buenos Aires. I highly recommend this restaurant! Just be aware that a service charge is added at the end of the meal without prior notice."

"This place is unbelievably unprofessional. They seriously followed my husband and I out after we changed our minds and didn 't want to eat here based on how poorly we were treated by the server before we ordered any food. My husband took one small, barely noticeable sip from his drink and they FOLLOWED US OUT TO OUR CAR TO ASK IF WE WALKED OUR BILL. Like are you serious? Please be so ffr right now. The host and the server both confronted my husband about walking the bill . If he 'd drank it all, I 'd understand that, but one sip? I offered them $0.10 for it but for whatever reason they didn 't take it. They seem more interested in berating people and offering piss poor service over providing great food and great customer service. It 's really gone downhill and doesn 't seem to be improving. If you 're interested in a horrible time, this is the place to go!"
