"Not a very good experience. Went in for a quick bite, 2 burgers, 2 drinks. the first burger came out pretty fast, about 10 min after we ordered. We still didnt have silverware, after mentioning this to the server, he went away to go get some, after a few more minutes, I got up and got some from the check in staff. The second burger came out after another 15 -20 min, fries were hardly cooked, pale and soft. no refill on water, second beer never made it, regular coke got refilled with diet. Overall pretty bad experience, we did alert management when we left, who told us they would get back to us, to this day, that still hasn 't happened."

Very abbreviated menu with raised prices because of the concert. Will not be going there again.

The food and drinks are fantastic! The atmosphere is lively and enjoyable! The sweet potato fries with marshmallow cream are absolutely delicious!

The server was fantastic, and the food was enjoyable. The atmosphere was lively, especially with the Westgate event happening nearby—it added a humorous touch! View menu

Terrible service. We walked out because we were seated and no one came to even take our drink order. Wasn't very busy. It was hot and stuffy. Very pricey and the menu had a lot more liquor to chose from than food. Good if you drink. We don't.

When we finally placed our orders, we got a mix of items including ribs, spinach and chips, nachos, cornbread, and potatoes. After about 45 minutes of waiting, our food finally arrived, but they got our steak orders wrong. They brought one steak without dressing because they had run out, and they didn’t inform us of this in advance. That was the final straw for us. We will not be dining here again.

We tried the Saddle Ranch chop house for our Anniversary dinner. At 6pm it wasn't very crowded. We ordered a drink for happy hour. I had to ask about our drinks when the waiter came to take our order. We were treated to a free appetizer. They did not know it was our Anniversary. Food came and looked great. But nothing was hot. My steak was overcooked, my husband's food was not hot and his vegetables were quite greasy too. While not terrible, I doubt we'll go back as we weren't very impressed for the price. View menu

I chose this restaurant to take my parents to before the Blake Sheldon concert. The restaurant website noted that they had the best happy hour with drink specials under $3. Additionally they had a great selection of food choices. However, we found that on event days they don’t offer happy hour and they utilize a limited menu. This was not noted on their website. Additionally, our server was very nice, but seemed to have too many tables assigned and he struggled to keep up with service. This was our first visit and I don’t know that we would re-visit.

It was disappointing to learn there was a limited menu due to the event going on. Posting that on the website would be helpful. We sat at our table for at least 10 minutes before a server even greeted us. Our server (Adrian I think was his name) was very accommodating and did his best to provide good service. There should be a way to shut off the fire when it is almost 80 degrees and your table is right next to it. The portions are huge but I think prices are high for what you are getting and mostly fried foods. It might be hard to really judge due to the limited menu but I really wouldn’t care to go back.
